Trust me, do the track day. Last ride you looked like you wanted to go faster, and you are going to rack up plenty of miles on the street to, from, and at the gap. Come to the dark side.

That was probably the fastest street ride iv been on. Not sure I want to push it more on the street considering the road conditions.

I am also afraid of crashing at the track day and ruining the gap trip.

I am still on the fence about wheather or going to this for my first track day or going on the epic ride.

I agree Ryan. And we had a alot of fast riders show up today which didn't help much.

Yea, it got a little fast towards the end. But everyone made it and seemed to have a good time.

Its gonna be cold as F. I bought all this fancy alpinestars gear and will be stuck in my old tourmaster cold weather gear.

I have been wanting to ride for the past 2 weeks and that hasent helped the weather situation any.

Honestly, no matter what the pace is I am going to ride towards the back and take it easy. There is simply going to be to much crap on the roads and everyone is going to be a little rusty.

I am doing oil, clutch/brake fluid, brake pads, and coolant this weekend. Hopefully doing fork oil and seals next week. After that I am good to go. Well, I guess my front cam chain tensioner is going bad as well. Hoping the oil change fixes it.

For sure. So far there are 3 VFR's.

While I have you on here. I need your assistance in doing a couple things on my bike.

Gonna be warm up ride with shorter distance than our 300+ milers and also sport cruising, new riders to group welcome as pace will be good for beginners as well.

Sport Cruising. That's a new one. Wonder how flippin fast that is.

Hopefully not fast enough to over heat a VFR.

Nivin, you and I had a rough go of it for sure last year. I think it was in the 40s and raining last fall on our way down. If you would like I could ride sweep if you lead a group. Will work great with the scala.

I'll put $10k toward the thing. I'd also like to volunteer to maintain the place. I'll have to move there unfortunately, but all I expect in return is fair compensation and unlimited track time.

Doc I always thought the VFR was 500 wet.

I dont want to push it to much and lay the bike down. Would ruin my riding plans in May.

The turnpike has been 70mph for awhile.

I am excited about moving some of the 55mph roads to 60mph as well.
