  1. Tentative on some things. My bike might be pending trade-in, and I'm not sure I want to risk an issue. We'll see.
  2. Cool. I'll probably be out either way.
  3. What's the plan Brian? This still happening?
  4. I'm in. We can check out some of those roads we heard about last time we rode.
  5. Baaaahahaha! If I knew it was a contest, I would have pulled my skirt up. But yeah, next time we'll make sure to let you participate UP. You're going to have to get out and ride more UP. There's no good reason it should have taken 4 years for us to join the same ride. And same goes to you Jacob, though I've seen you a bit more. If you ever traded out that FJR to something that weighs about half, I don't know if anybody would catch you.
  6. The little punk is selling my bike. I didn't figure it'd last long in his hands, so I decided to do a CL search today. And sure enough. He's asking too much. But it's been meticulously maintained, if anyone is interested. http://columbus.craigslist.org/mcy/5155656892.html
  7. Yeah Ireland, you're always welcome on any ride I'm in! It was good riding with you. You'll have to let us know hot it turned out with the OSP and the other "driver", whoever that may be. Really glad you're ok. I thought about it a lot last night and kept thinking that there's really no good reason that you're not hurt any worse than you were. You're gear and an angel, were the only two I could come up with. Change of subject, I worked on the bike today and changed the PC3 to a Zeroed map. It's much better. Still a lot less power at those RPMs. But it no longer "death shudders". Pretty sure the map was most of the problem, and that getting it on a dyno will solve it. I'll never understand why people put power commanders on and are satisfied with it running worse that it did without it. Dumbfounding.
  8. Yep, home here too. You both are liars.... especially regarding taking it easy on the way home, hahahaha. Thoroughly enjoyed it guys.... minus the incident at the apple orchard. Hopefully everything turned out ok there.
  9. Sorry to hear you're in pain Tony. I've had a pinched nerve in my neck all week. I've had it before. My shoulder gets out of alignment and I get a pinched feeling on the muscles on the right side of my neck. It's better today than yesterday, but neck pain ruins everything. It's terrible. Hope you get healed up soon man.
  10. You've ridden with me before Jacob. You should be fine. Just ride your own ride. I will say that you should be prepared to ride long stretches. We do a lot more riding twisties and less stopping than most rides. It's a lot of fun, but you can get pretty tired towards the end of the ride. Just soemthing to think about. I can make Saturday work. Sunday is still better, but if the ride is Saturday, I'll be there.
  11. Count me in. Sunday would probably work best for me, but I could probably make it Saturday if that's what the group decided.
  12. My ride for tomorrow kind of fell apart, so I thought I'd post and see if anyone wants to meet up. I'm flexible on meeting time and location, but I'd like to meet around 10am. Any later and we'll get back pretty late in the day. Just post up if you're interested. I'll be out riding either way.
  13. I was pretty sure that was you guys, but I was thinking the CSBA ride was tomorrow. As if a group of Christian sport bikers aren't at church Sunday morning.....hahaha. Though, I think God would be ok with a Sunday ministry of twisites hahaha! Dave, hope you made it home in time. I know you were probably cutting it close. I enjoyed the ride man! I got a little frustrated with the number of angry hilljacks today. It seemed like we annoyed quite a few today, or at least more than normal. When you get a chance, PM me your phone number. I figure sometimes it's just easier to text to see if anyone is in the mood to ride, vs posting and hoping people see it.
  14. En route. Probably looking at 11:10 or so.
  15. Me too. See you in a bit. Meetup spot is East of Coshocton by 10 miles. Best way to get there from Columbus would be to take 161 through Newark. It'll turn into 16. Take 16 to near Coshocton, turn right on 83 like two miles before Coshocton. Take 83 til you hit 93. If Mcconnelsville is a better spot to meet, we'll probably roll through there around noon.
  16. And Dave, I'll plan on being at 83/93 at 11 tomorrow morning, unless I hear otherwise from you.
  17. I'm planning to ride both days Brian. So, don't count me out for Sunday.
  18. Sorry you can't make it out Tony. The Aprilia has been great so far. Much faster than the GSXR. And I was definitely ready for something with the power to carry my fat ass.. Still some maintenance odds and ends to get handled, but we'll get there. Dave, how does 11 at 83/93 sound. I've been getting less than 6 hours of sleep a night all week. Last night I got like 4. Would be wise to try to get a couple more hours before riding tomorrow, if I can. So, 11am at 83/93? If anyone else would like to join, post up.
  19. Sounds good Dave. I'll met wherever I can find someone to ride with. Roamr was talking about riding Sunday. I'm planning to ride both if I can. It's a little easier for me to meet where 83/93 meet. Actually, that same place where you and Tony and Brian met me last time we rode....when you waited on me for a half an hour. John, if you want to ride either day, just keep an eye here or post what works best for you and we can try to work it all out. What time you thinking to meet Dave?
  20. You guys do know a ride doesn't have to be titled "Epic" or have 100+ riders to be a good time...? I post rides here every weekend and rarely get any interest.
  21. Planning to ride all weekend if it's dry enough. It rains every day, so I'm planning to ride whether the forecast calls for rain or not, and will adjust if it's actually raining....which at this rate, is exceptionally likely. Meet Saturday morning at 10am at 13/70 Jacksontown exit, 1 exit past Buckeye Lake if headed East. Planning to ride South and see what happens. My routes usually remain flexible depending on participants and time constraints, but I'd like to get South of McConnelsville. Pace will be spirited but we wait at all intersections when the route changes roads. These are two separate rides. Just planning to ride both days, if the weather is favorable.
  22. I messed up the date. Should be 6/27-6/28
  23. 13/70 Jacksontown exit at noon on Saturday, tentatively.
