Dude from Williams posted $25.00, I wonder if you get a ticket does that mean you can ride the rest of the day, and just show next Ranger the ticket. And say i'm just trying to get to my truck, lol....and ride all day, hell that's only $13 more than a day pass... lol

I talked to the guy running this event today. He told me Williams has nothing to do with this. And the only place to sigh up for the poker and dice run is at Begleys campgrounds. He said the poker run will start at 11am and most should be done by 1-2 pm at the latest. Free lunch when you return to camp grounds, and awards at 3 pm. There will be a auction after this, and then the dice run at 7pm. Now one thing you bikers may not know is there is also going to be a street bike poker run. This guy is doing everything in his power to pull this Charity event off, even with the Government shutdown. He did however say to call 1st because they may not give permission to ride on the trails. And if not they will run the bikes cars and trucks through the country roads, for all that show up to support the 13th Annual Benefit Trail Ride and Poker Run. I too at first thought the Hog roast was free and was donated, and even seen by gump, with a following joke about horse's and gyro's for everyone! Perhaps a joke I didn't get, but was under the imprecation it was bring drinks and side dish at 1st. $10.00 donation is cheap for all you can eat, with a hog roast!Doe's anyone know if this includes the tent spot or not? I'm not sure Williams picked the best date for this thou, since Begley's is hosting the 13th annual benefit for Athen County Children Service's on the same day. They give sign up times but no event times??? There flyer also says permits are not required. I wonder if this means even if the shut down is still in effect if we can still ride? If not this is all the wrong timing...

I herd poker run is during the day and it's a dice run at night. Poker run sign up is 8am - 11am $20.00 donation which includes lunch. Dice run sign up is 6pm - 7pm $10.00 donation, $20.00 if only riding at night. More info here. http://www.benefittrailride.com/

Oh shit I talked to Scott at Williams, and he said there just doing half a hog. Personally never seen a 1/2 hog roast, but if this is the same Hog Roast that was mentioned as a OR camping trip, idk, It is the same dates I think. Hell we go thru a whole Hog with just family and close friends on the 4th of July. Or maybe there will be a hog and a half!

Went back to Wayne National Forest 9/28/13. We had 5 quads, 2 Polaris's 2 Honda's and 1 Arctic Cat. This video is unedited of the Honda Trx700 following the Razr 570 and the Sportsman 850. We left out of the parking area 3, and road by the rock garden and then to the water fall. The other Honda stayed behind to help the Arctic Cat with a electrical issue. In this video you can see just how far the Trx700 will run with the fuel shut off! I forgot to turn mine on , We were not running hard, but it ran for around 12 1/2 mins!
