I'd love to have it as a dd, but don't have the cash and I doubt you want a Civic. Lol GLWS, it's a great looking car. It's hard to find a foxbody that's not a complete pile or highly modded and overpriced.

Might want to try some other banks. I have a loan on my '01, granted it's a pretty small one and only a 36 month, but still.
-
Is the years for loan purposes? Lately the best deals have been on corvetteforum.com, but I assume you've already been looking there.

A 45 year old woman flashing gang signs at a group of drunk deaf people. Don't fuck with her!

I've got a bleeder as well, and live almost and hour and a half south of you, so it'd probably be easier just to do it in my garage. lol I really appreciate the offer though! I'll do some research on the bimmer forums. The car has the Sport and weather packages and whatnot, we love it but the things I want to do (lower, front lip, possibly exhaust) she does not see necessary. Such is life.

How simple is it? We've got an '06 330xi and I hate the feel of the clutch. It's just the wife's "toy" so I've never looked into doing much to it, but if this is a freebie/cheap/easy mod I'll definitely look into it.

I've heard rumors you people existed, but I never believed it... As for working on my cars, I do anything I have the ability to do myself, even if it cost just as much or even a little less to have somebody else do it. It seems like every time in the past that I've had to change oil in something that was last done by a shop, I spend more time trying to get the oil filter off than it would normally take to do the entire job start to finish. They all seem to employ the Hulk to install the filters. I've had to deal with quite a few stripped drain plugs as well, but there's no way of knowing that it was the last person's fault. I just prefer to do the work so I know if something goes wrong it was on me or if something needs repaired/replaced later on and it's not the factory part I'll know that it gets fixed with the correct piece. There are jobs such as internal transmission jobs or extensive electrical work that I don't have the knowledge or tools to do, but that's what car buddies are for.

I hear ya. I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree on certain aspects of it or else we could go back and forth all day. I agree that there are many different ways of being an enthusiast with any subject, but just don't agree that writing a check for something to be flashy is one. Edit to respond to your edit: 30' rims are just ignorant, I don't care who you are! :gabe:

I'm not basing my opinion on the fact that he raps. I'm basing my opinion on the style of cars he owns/has owned and hearing him talk about them. Most of the videos I've seen of him talking about his vehicles, he has most of the facts wrong or is just very very generic in general about the higher end cars (talking about the top speed or price, which any Joe can look up), or he focuses on things such as the wheel size or the type of material on his seats in the "lower end" stuff. I mentioned Leno, Cage, and Sheen based on the same reasons. I've seen videos of them driving, working on, and talking about their vehicles. They discuss the mechanics, handling, pros and cons, etc. I'd rather hear a "car guy" talk the mechanics of their vehicle than the fact that it has 26" Lexanis or has a top speed of 200 mph. BTW, not all rappers throw their money away, Jay-Z and Dre seem to keep a fairly low profile outside of the business and invest pretty well. As for Sheen being a crackhead and placed above Birdman, do you think Birdman doesn't do drugs? lol
-
This guy gets it. Having a multi-million dollar car collection or spending several million on one single ugly ass car that'll barely get driven doesn't make you a respected car enthusiast at all in my book. I'll bet he doesn't know shit about half of the cars he owns, he either sees a high price tag and writes a check or buys an "average" vehicle then sends it to a "custom shop" and writes a check. I would much rather bullshit about cars with celebrities like Jay Leno or even Nicholas Cage and Charlie Sheen who, while may be crazy and just as terrible with money as Birdman, have a much more rounded collection and work on and drive them regularly. $170k for a '65 Malibu sitting on 1982 Centerlines? :dumb:

14 second cars talking about getting gnarly at 50 mph. :lolguy:

Neither, I think both look ghetto. Just polish them up the best you can and leave it alone.

The new SRT-8 models use the 6.4. Sublime, you planning on having this at Mopar Nats? I doubt I'll make the CR meet but I never miss Nats and would love to see it in person!

2012 Lamborghini Aventador on the streets of Rome

Awesome vid and a gorgeous car. Driver of the white one was a wee bit twitchy from 2:34 on. lol -
On the other end of the spectrum, I plan on making some serious profit on my Civic this Summer. Lol I only have around a 16 mile commute to work and back, it's 90% highway, and my Z06 still gets close to 30 mpg highway. :fuckyeah:

It looks cool, but I can never really get into "special editions" that are appearance only. Not to mention that GM is just following a dying trend that's played out already. OMG factory murdered out car!!!1!

I fired up the PS3 a few nights ago for the first time in months and saw where the network was down and turned it back off. I've never bought anything on there so I'm not too concerned. Although this isn't a PS3 vs Xbox debate (yet), once Forza 4 gets closer to being released I'll probably renew my Live account that expired in November. lol
-
I like the 335i suggestion above. If the newer CTS-V could be had in that price range that's what I'd personally go for, but I doubt they're that low already. If the C6 survives the first few cuts, hold out for an '08-up with the LS3.

96%, I mixed up the Olds and Pontiac in #8. Not bad for a 24 year old. Lol
-
If I was in the GTR I would've backed up and stayed pre-staged for a solid minute or two once the GT500 finally staged and give him one of these. :gabe:

I want those wheels so bad.

Here are a couple I took for the thread I made on the other sites. The way the quarter panels on the car are shaped make them look worse than they are. The edge of the tread is almost flush with where the quarter begins, it's the sidewall that pokes out. http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h176/mcwilliams1/5bd1ac85.jpg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h176/mcwilliams1/869537d5.jpg http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h176/mcwilliams1/d91e35dd.jpg And one from the car show I went to, just as another angle. http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h176/mcwilliams1/2b488c8b.jpg

I think the vette would stay with or pull on the Cobra, it was a ported blower, upper pulley, and exhaust basically. It ran strong but the vette feels like it's a little faster. I made a thread on corvetteforum and a couple others wanting to trade the CCWs for something else, but all offers have either been from way out west (I don't want to ship for risk of damage or not seeing the other wheels in person) or it's people expecting me to trade the CCWs with new expensive tires straight up for some stock C5 Z06s with worn out tires. I may just be stuck with these.

Tribal skull face tattoo. Where do you go from there?

I have it set to record and I always think that. I'm sure there are a lot of scenarios though such as death like you said, or perhaps they get so far behind on rent that they are either too embarassed to go to the place or the place won't let them get their stuff out until they pay up. Dave can eat a dick, I watch it for Brandi's tits and Barry's crazy antics that lose him money every time.
