  1. Bring it!!! Where are all these balloon knot lickers at anyway?
  2. Just wanted to throw this out there for any of the bigger guys (you know, the kind Madcat likes) out there that need a new race suit. Looks like a good deal, and from what I've heard, these are pretty good quality. I think Dr. Bobinger wears one of these (or used to at least) if I'm not mistaken? Maybe Brandon too? http://stores.sportbiketrackgear.com/Detail.bok?no=4315
  3. Hell yeah, welcome! I'll be running the full season hopefully. Looks like I might be on the same bike as you as well, I ride an 07 ZX6R. Here's my advice... keep all of your limbs tucked in when I lap you! I kid, I kid! Seriously though, just have fun, man. Don't worry about going super fast right away, just remember the basics and try to keep improving on them. Racing has a way of making you significantly faster without you even realizing it. Get to know everyone around the pits, all the guys that race with Motoseries are pretty damn cool and the friendships are what make the weekends really great. I don't know what you already have done to the bike, but all you really need is some race bodywork and some good tires, and then maybe suspension after that. Looking forward to racing with you next year! (Oh... and keep you butt-hole puckered around the pits, especially if you're around Jinu or John.)
  4. I finish exams on the 18th, so 22nd is definitely better for me.
  5. Shit, my launches are good to go! On 2 out of 24 starts this season I brought the front wheel up... my bad.
  6. This is very true... and somewhat alarming. Makes me wonder if there is something wrong with us, haha.
  7. I would love to do this at some point, since I know there's a lot of improvements I could make.
  8. If I had bigger balls, I could go faster.
  9. I'm with you on this. If you can't take a good, clean, close pass in A group, well then you probably shouldn't be there. (Notice I did say clean)
  10. I definitely feel ya, brother. Damn, I miss racing already! Next season is gonna be fun.
  11. Haha, I'm just messin with you! I will never let you by me, if you were really that held up, you would've gotten around me at some point, somewhere. That race was fun as hell though! And we pushed each other well into the 13's, which I'm pretty happy with since that was well beyond my goal for the year.
  12. If you get a great drive out of the carousel, it sets you up nicely. Also, one of my favorite places to pass is outbreaking someone into 12. Hit the kink as fast as possible and dive up the inside of 12 right after. You gotta be committed though before you even start going through the kink, since people generally set up wide for 12 and then dive inside.
  13. No shit, I could hear you right behind me the whole SBK 2 race! And I pride myself on my defensive lines, haha. I guess it is my turn to buy, but you don't really want a whole CD of pictures of you behind me do you?
  14. Feel free to stuff me/block pass me on the inside, I trust you.... and I'd definitely do the same to you! Just make sure you show me a wheel first. (This is race talk by the way)
  15. He's not lying, he's crash tested the shit out of his Dainese stuff many, many times.
  16. And look at Cox, about to loop it like a boss! Looks like he out did me.
  17. Dude, seriously! You look legit out there! You should get that elbow on the pavement next time.
  18. Nice to see you around these parts, Taft! Yeah, I'd be totally cool with ditching the minimum round rule. Anyway, lookin forward to next year. I'm super jealous of the new bike, man, I'd love to be on an 09+ ZX6R. I think we all might be fucked next year with you on that thing. (Although we were probably fucked anyway, haha)
  19. I definitely hear you guys, and I totally understand the need for it when we have huge beggining of the year grids. I just like it better when we have a little smaller grid and a one wave start I guess. I'm not worried about getting lapped or whatever, it's more that I just like having the time to set up and get my revs settled where I want them, rather than having to throw the bike in gear and rev up real quick and go... sometimes that second green flag flies pretty damn quick. But I know sometimes the second wave is a necessity.
  20. Yup, still tearin it up out there. He was Superbike champ this year.
