  1. Anyone on here happen to have a left turn signal for 08+ 250? Previous owner dropped bike and it's all taped together and it looks bad. Thanks.
  2. I have armor in the jacket and just picked up these pants from Riders Discount. http://ridersdiscount.com/street-gear/pants-men/101179.php They're pretty comfortable without jeans, and I ordered a size up to use as overpants if I need and they're a little tight but doable. There are two zippers on each leg that go from the boot all the way to the thigh so they're real easy to slide on and off. Just a suggestion.
  3. Got mine yesterday and put on today. Thanks again, abdecal.
  4. Thanks again abdecal. Do you need any user photos of the decal for your site?
  5. Welcome. Are you smokinHawk from SSU as well?
  6. Missed this thread before I got other gear elsewhere but I still need gloves and pants. Pricing on some Spidi STR-1 gloves and Fieldsheer Mercury 2.0 Textile pants? Thanks.

Thanks for that link, that eliminator kit isn't priced too bad at all. What about the flush mounts? I'll need to replace my left turn signal since the previous owner must have low-sided and it's not held on by much. And how low did you lower it? My fiancee may want to learn to ride but I'll have to lower the bike so she can flat foot at stops, she's kinda short.
  8. A little over 6400 as of now from previous owner.

True, I was looking into the fender eliminator down the road. Chances are I'll end up messing with the bike, I always end up doing so with cars.

Any issues with the flush mount visibility to other drivers? And as of now mine is stock, no plans for it yet.
  11. Thanks for the tips, and I do plan on riding a little on my street. I just need to get the clutch/braking down and it'll come in time with practice.
  12. Hey all. My names Brett and I just got into motorcycles and recently bought a ninja 250 to learn on. Still waiting to take the MSF course so I'm gonna hold off on riding until I at least learn the basics there but figured I'd introduce myself and maybe meet some people in the area, seeing as no one I keep in touch with anymore even has a bike. So for now I'll just be around until I can hit the road. Thanks for looking.
