Define "most" 160? 200? 250? 400? I'm just curious about the ballpark you're playing in.
-
It's older and pre Zimmerman arrest, but I wanted to point it out.
-
I agree and here's another one: http://www.ijreview.com/2013/07/66464-video-black-panthers-offer-bounty-for-zimmerman/ And the jack ass festival continues.
-
I believe we are exempt from that due to the battery being completely encapsulated in the frame. I am looking into that though and if I need to make something I will make 2 of them.

After troubleshooting my 12 I pulled the battery to use in an 87 GSXR1100 (1255cc but that's another story) to get it running today.I also wanted to see how the battery worked in another bike. It was running like a champ and then out of nowhere it just shut off. Did the usual checks with the meter and sure enough, it showed the dead cell. So tomorrow I'll be getting a new one.

Jesse "I'll leave my home for a microphone" Jackson is at it again: http://conservativeangle.com/jesse-jackson-calls-upon-the-united-nations-to-investigate-trayvon-martins-death/ He wants the United Nations to investigate the Martin case.

Listen to your sister. She is wise.

I think the brakes on the 12 are fine. I've used them at very high rates of speed with no issues. You may want to change the pads for personal preference but I wouldn't change the system other than brake lines. I would go with Spiegler for that.

Since the 12R's battery is in the frame here's how I set it up to test it: I used my atv jack and a 4 x 6 to support the battery tray assembly so I could do the testing.

I pulled the battery assembly out of the frame and set it up to test stuff. After moving and reconnecting everything I still had the same issue, so this eliminated a loose wire as a possible cause. I checked battery voltage and under no load was 11.90v. Hit the starter button and it dropped to 11.69v. Still no starter relay click and no starter spinning. Pulled rubber boot back from the starter relay wires and measured there. The white measured 11.9v-12.0v. The black/yellow is ground, so 0.0v. The Yellow/red shows 0.0 with key off or on unless you press the starter button. It shows 6.93v at that time and still no starter spin. I believe this is all working properly so I turned the key off and used 2 screw drivers to cross the battery cable in to the starter motor out cables. She spins! I turned the key back on and did it again and she fired up. I let it idle for a minute then shut her off and tried to start it normally and it worked fine. It appears the starter relay was sticking. __________________

I went to start the 12R today and when I turned the key on the fuel pump kicked on like normal and then when it stopped and the gauge needles all reset I hit the starter button and all I got was the fuel pump kicking on while I held the starter button. It stopped when I let off the button. Starter never tried to engage at all as if no electricity is getting to it. Hit the button again and same thing. Turn key off and start process over: Same thing happened. Initially it was in neutral with kickstand down. In first gear with kickstand down-Same result First gear with kickstand up-Same result Turn key off, pull out of ignition in every configuration-Same result Neutral with clutch in and out, same result. Battery is less than one year old and I put the Fluke meter on it to check it, but I believe it to be good. I'll report back shortly. City light came on with key, headlights never came on in any configuration. Any ideas?

I guess Bill O'Reilly looks at it in a similar way: http://nation.foxnews.com/2013/07/17/o%E2%80%99reilly-%E2%80%98it%E2%80%99s-not-about-trayvon-martin-it%E2%80%99s-about-money-%E2%80%A6-trayvon-martin-being-exploited O’REILLY: ‘It’s Not About Trayvon Martin, It’s About the Money … Trayvon Martin Is Being Exploited Now’ Read more: http://nation.foxnews.com/2013/07/17/o’reilly-‘it’s-not-about-trayvon-martin-it’s-about-money-…-trayvon-martin-being-exploited#ixzz2ZK3Oxmmu

What did Zimmerman do in the years before he was a "white-hispanic racist murderer"? http://dailycaller.com/2012/04/04/zimmerman-demanded-discipline-in-2010-race-related-beating-for-officers-who-investigated-martin-shooting/#ixzz2Z9MO5mLR Ted Nugent's opinion of the whole thing: http://drudgegae.iavian.net/r?hop=http%3A%2F%2Frare.us%2Fstory%2Fnugent-zimmerman-verdict-vindicates-citizen-patrols-self-defense%2F

Thanks for pointing that out. My info was outdated about the Salvation Army, but Snopes confirms the rest of the point I was trying to make.

All of them are very nice. When do you plan on doing the mile? I live 20 miles North of the Wilmington Airpark.

Well said. By both of you. I have a friend who's a little eccentric in his opinions of business and non-profit organizations. He's a very intelligent guy and holds a master's degree in business management and a bachelor's degree in biology. He's worked in private laboratories and for government contractors doing r&d work for the biggest defense industry customer in the World, the U.S. government. Now he owns his own business and does very well for himself. His opinion of any non-profit is that their number one priority is to stay in business. If the business is supposedly there to find a cure for blood borne pathogens then that is the last thing they want to do. Why? Because they would put themselves out f business if they cure whatever they're raising money to cure. You need to look no further than the salaries of the CEO' s of these companies to see evidence of that. The Salvation Army is the only exception. Their CEO only makes something like $25k per year. Anyway, back on subject. If a non profit business for the "advancement of equality for everyone" achieved their goals what would they do then? There business no longer has a legitimate purpose and it would be time to close up shop. If I ran that non profit business would you expect me to put myself out of a job? If I was honest and honorable, then yes I would. If I was out to "get mine" then heck no I wouldn't stop. It's about keeping my cash flow going because the last thing I want to do is get a real job! So I need to keep the turmoil going and the unrest and the hate and fear.....part of my job becomes keeping the b.s. going that I promised to help stop. This is just my opinion as well as my friend's and we could be wrong.....

Welcome to O.R.

I have to admit I love the Z-Rex as well and this one looks to be intelligently modded. I think those are ZX 10R or ZX 14 rims and it looks like a head oiling mod has been done. I'd like to see what else is hiding on both bikes.

It's great to see another 12 on the road. I'd like to see more pictures and hear more about your project. I like the Z-Rex too.

You're right. I don't think the trial actually had anything to do with the prosecution thinking Z was guilty. I personally think the whole mess was politically motivated. Everything we're seeing from it is what other people are heaping on the already over-stacked pile of bull$%!t. Every opportunist (group or individual) is seeking to put their spin on it to push their personal agenda on the rest of us. I don't feel this should have ever been national news. I live near Dayton and I next to never hear about shootings in Columbus unless I'm listening to a Columbus news station. Dayton news channels hardly ever cover that stuff. Was this a tragic event? yes. Martin is dead and Z's life as he knew it is over. He'll spend the rest of his life looking over his shoulder. Could it have been avoided? probably. Unfortunately we all have to deal with it now and only 2 people actually know what happened and one of them is dead.

Some interesting reading about this whole mess: http://www.newsmax.com/newswidget/Morality-Tale-Zimmerman-Verdict/2013/07/14/id/514965?promo_code=125BD-1&utm_source=125BDTelegraph_Media_Group&utm_medium=nmwidget&utm_campaign=widgetphase1 http://www.newsmax.com/Newswidget/Ted-Nugent-Zimmerman-Verdict/2013/07/14/id/514952?promo_code=125BD-1&utm_source=125BDTelegraph_Media_Group&utm_medium=nmwidget&utm_campaign=widgetphase1 http://www.newsmax.com/Newswidget/Dershowitz-Zimmerman-Prosecutorial-Misconduct/2013/07/14/id/514957?promo_code=125BD-1&utm_source=125BDTelegraph_Media_Group&utm_medium=nmwidget&utm_campaign=widgetphase1 I love this one: http://news.yahoo.com/ag-calls-martin-killing-unnecessary-shooting-172634584.html I'm guessing this legal circus will hit it's stride late next summer/early fall just in time for the mid-term elections.....
