In the last picture your safety wire is actually pulling the top bolt in the loosening direction. On aircraft safety wire must always pull in a direction that pulls the bolt tight. I know this isn't an aircraft and the FAA isn't going to pop you for it but an observant tech inspector may give you a hard time about it.
It sounds to me like he doesn't have much beyond basic home defense weapons. It certainly is not an arsenal. Over 100 rounds of ammo? That's barely enough to occupy your time at the range for an afternoon.

Welcome to the forum. As far as speed limiters go, all ZX14's have them. You're limited to 186mph. Every bike built after 2000 that is capable of exceeding 186 is electronically limited to 186.
I just picked up my next bike. It's a 1994 ZX7R. It needs a full restoration but the price was right and my wife bought it for me. So you can say I am fat dumb and happy!
