I was curious what everybody is working on this winter. I'll go first. Here's one of my winter projects: It's a Yamaha YSR 50. I'm building from the ground up. When it's done it will resemble my other YSR: I have several other projects but I'm working on this one until it's a rolling chassis with all the bodywork and every other part I have for it bolted on. I'm doing that to open up garage space. I need to rebuild the crank for it and then rebuild the engine. I'll get to that eventually, I want the space it's sucking up with parts all over my garage right now.

I have no complaints. It's a beautiful area and I have good neighbors.

Glad to hear your bike is house broken now. JK. I like the 650's. I've never rode one but always liked the look of them.

This all sucks. Sorry to hear about the bike getting totaled by insurance. I'm guessing they suspect frame damage as the reason for totalling it. The bright side is that you're still around.

I believe their regular test & tune is on Fridays starting at 5. It might be cheaper to do a Friday due to this. I know the test & tune hours are not included in the track rental though, so we'd have to pay to run the t&t in the evening. On a side note, I really can't do Sundays.

I saw a 92 ZX7 that somebody blacked out the frame,swing arm forks a and rims. He also painted all the bodywork the early 90's Kawi lime green. I think the bike looked like pure sex.
