  1. LOL, when I saw one of the LOTR movies in the theater where Smeagol throws the bread off the cliff, the three rather large black women behind me were all "oh no he di'nt. Oh HELL NO. I be bustin' a cap in his ass." After the movie, I was waiting for the wife to exit the restroom, the same group was standing outside the theater saying "that spegal, he so crazy". I was rolling.
  2. False alarm... http://www.heraldsun.com.au/ipad/cdc-declares-there-is-no-zombie-apocalypse-after-spate-of-cannibal-killings/story-fnbzs1v0-1226383650793?sv=51859106dc7d79a407d8d690a1d5c789 In other news, one particular university is offering classes on surviving a zombie attack (see link above).
  3. If it ran once and done, it would give you all the birthdays for the day which satisfies the requirement. No need to run continuously as once the end of the data is reached it could return the results and exit. I'm assuming the user logs off for the day or shuts down. If not, it's easy to add a macro button they can hit once a day.
  4. It depends on the spreadsheet and how you use it. A VBA macro could be written to run on file open (or on demand with a button) to parse the customer birthday data and return values (i.e. customer name) in a dialogue box when today (mm/dd) = customer birthday. Any way you do it, it's not going to be very elegant as Excel is a poor tool for this sort of thing (as mentioned).
  5. Sorry, never heard of 'em...then again, it's been 10 years since I built my home so I haven't paid much attention to them. A piece of unsolicited advice - Regardless of the builder, insist on having access to the worksite at any time (preferably with someone who knows what they are looking at). We had our own independent home inspector check the house at different stages of construction (the builder fought us on this a bit). He found several issues before they became big problems down the road. Some were oversights by the builder but some were simply where they decided to take shortcuts. The money we spent on the inspections saved us countless thousands in future repairs, etc and the peace of mind is priceless.
  6. With the tapatalk app and the motorcycle.com apps, I get errors saying there's a permissions error and I don't have access (though clearly I do). Sometimes it works fine, sometimes not. This is on my iPhone. If I access from my iPad, no issues so it seems to be tied to my device. I've seen a lot of other complaints about this very issue around the net and on the Tapatalk forums but have yet to see a resolution. If anyone knows how to fix it, let me know!
  7. Not aure about Belkin but for Linksys (this may work with the Belkin too) go to your browser and type 192.168.1.1 and it should bring up the control panel for your settings.

    Old dog

There always comes the hard choices when you ask yourself if it's time. We had to put down two dogs within a few months of each other 2 years ago. When it comes down to it, is she alive for her happiness and well being or yours? Tough call, I feel for you. My wife and I are huge animal lovers and big supporters of the SPCA in Cinci. It's good to see people who really care about their pets...there are plenty who could give a rats ass.
  9. I know I'm on ignore, but I want to hear about the time Exarch inverse modulated his tachyon beam to interface with his flux capacitor, causing massive power fluxuations in his naquadah generator, lifting his front wheel in second gear.
  10. I think everyone that made "the list" deserves some rep
  11. 2008, 2012, 1975, it's still sickening.

  13. If the economy keeps going the way it is, yes it will be. Still, that's asinine.
  14. Now that I have your attention... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S88N8PCqOFM
  15. Per your title, I would say here: http://ohioriders.net/forumdisplay.php?f=75 Some sales people just suck ass.
  16. Nice. It should be here Tuesday...can't wait. I'll have to check out the Bell helmets. They are relatively inexpensive so I might even pick one up for a spare and retire the EXO. Thanks!
  17. So much for safety in numbers. I wouldn't doubt that they find out that the driver was texting or otherwise occupied by something other than paying attention to the friggin' road. This saddens me.
  18. I seem to have enough ammo to get started killing some zeds...BRING IT!!!
  19. Expensive cables are the biggest racket going. Monoprice.com FTW!
  20. What kind of gaming will you be doing and at what resolution? A guy at work just bought a GTX570 overclocked edition at Microcenter which performs just as well as the 580...I think he said was an MSI but don't recall what he paid for it. A 570 will run most games today depending on resolution. I heard today that they are releasing a DLC for Skyrim...I guess that means I'm getting nothing accomplished for the next month Also, make sure you install Windows 7 64-bit or anything over 4GB of RAM is useless (actually, less than that but it complicated). **EDIT, it may be this one http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0363755** Your setup looks good BTW
