  1. I am shamed and must suffer the ensuing embarrassment It must be those cookies I ate at a party last weekend.
  2. Actually...not trolling but typo - I meant YES ON ISSUE 3! I agree issue 2 is BS. I dusted off my wallet and became a paid member again so I edited the original post.
  3. I hate republican and democrat labels. Ask anyone who claims to be one or the other to define either and they'll spew ideologies that could be descriptions of either side depending on their conservative or liberal slant. Voting for someone because of the label they use is ignorant. Sorry...a little off topic. Back on topic, vote yes on issue 3

    Halo 5

I can't play shooters on consoles. Too many years playing with a kb and mouse. I've been playing LOTR Shadow or Mordor recently because it went on sale for cheap. It's pretty fun and it'll hold me over until Fallout 4 comes out.
  5. It used to be trendy to bitch about Microsoft, now it's Apple. Once that's old, Google will come into the crosshairs.
  6. Have you not been to a college campus?
  7. Those bikes look great...I was never able to get over the cylinder bulges sticking out of the sides of the engine though. Feels weird when you rev the bike when sitting still, the bike wants to tip. They ride nice though...you'll love it.
  8. Do yourself a favor and check out the Super Tenere as well. Might save you a pretty good wad of cash for a very similar bike. I'll even let you take mine for a spin if you'd like.
  9. If I had a BMW dealer relatively close by, I would seriously consider adding a S1000XR to the stable
  10. Oh bring...I thought it was bang so, done!
  11. Noise canceling only works like that on sammich makers
  12. Nice! Or you could just spend a few hundred and get a sena unit for your current lid. Tim and I chatted on the trip no problem even when we were hitting 80. We talked all kinds of shit about you (ok, not really). I talked to my wife on the phone via the Sena to give her updates on my ride down. The noise cancelling on the bolt on units is very good. It's really nice to have when riding in a group.
  13. But not a lawmaker (i.e. politician)...big difference.
  14. When my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer, I was shocked at the # of people that offered up some herb to help her. She never did use any during her whole treatment (she could lose her business if busted) but she said looking back, as bad as she felt, she wish she would have.
  15. I did a review on the Guardzilla camera (https://www.guardzilla.com/) which was brand new at the time. It had some bugs and features that weren't quite fleshed out yet. Since then, they've addressed them and it's quite a decent camera for the price. It has local storage and you can connect remotely to it, etc. I've never used it for an alarm system but the alarm is super loud. I do set it to detect movement when we are away from home in certain areas of the house. I probably shouldn't say this but I got some rather interesting footage of my wife's friend who was house sitting for us (don't ask). Kodak just came out with a camera that looks interesting and I saw another one just the other day Logitech just launched the Circle camera that looks nice. One problem with local storage is that if the intruders see the camera, all they have to do it grab it and/or the data card and you've got nothing.
  16. Last I heard, she didn't know her Casper mandated password...
  17. My wife and I also carry a large umbrella policy to cover anything above and beyond other policies. She owns a business and we have some real estate investments (technically a business as well) so we stand to have a lot to lose in the case of a lawsuit though all of our business ventures are set up as LLC's or similar.
  18. Lawyer speak is unintelligible by the layman on purpose. It's filled with archaic jargon and phraseology making it worse but lawmakers couldn't really care less if you can understand it or not. In their eyes, the less you understand, the better off they are.
  19. I wouldn't just assume so...inquire just the same just in case so you have a CYA in your pocket if it doesn't resolve itself. Might save you some headaches later...if not, it's just a phone call so no loss.
  20. Tonik is right...if it fails, it will be a long time before it gets back on the ballot. People are too hung up on the "monopoly" and who can and can't grow etc. Which is preferable, having to buy from limited suppliers and maybe paying more or going to jail and/or paying fines because it's not legal?
  21. Legalize it...get the taxes. Ease the burden on the judicial system. People are going to do it regardless, might as well cash in on it.
