I'll be there Friday night, at the track Saturday and Sunday. Saturday general admission to the track. Saturday night - AMA Pro Flat Track Indy Mile race at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. Best action and best spectating for kids IMO. Sunday - general admission. I should be camping in Lot#2 at the track. Hope to meet up with others. I'll probably trailer a bike over to put around on, but not much riding possible with kids. Chris

They have multiple varities. Made in USA ones were more expensive. I forget the model #, but I'm sure they were $190 two years ago when I bought them. I would make sure you ask for their best pair. But styling may not be what you want. Chris

Redwing. I bought them for close to $200. Made in the USA. Very comfortable and I wear them almost every day all day long. They last a long time. I know this is above your stated budget, but your feet affect your whole well being. If you can, spend a little more. Chris

I have two ladies come every other Monday. I Would hire someone local that you know or at least know people that know them. I wouldn't use a service as the people will change. I have to trust the people coming into my home. Stay at home moms also May do this on the side. Chris

Note to OR: don't do 186 mph and post a video of it

What happened? Video? Chris -
And we wonder why people have financial problems...

Tough non physical jobs aren't what's in question. I mostly think that it isn't easy to make great wealth, but it is easier if you start off with rich parents and are raised by rich and influential people. Romney went to the best schools without trying. Meet great connections. Then with his own effort on top of all that great beginning he made a shit load more money. He has been 'earning' 10+ million a year lately while running for office. I'm pretty sure most would say that's easy money and would happily trade their job for it. -
I ruptured mine just slightly more than a year ago playing racquetball. Still not 100% recovered. 4 months in casts (2 months each). Good luck and play it smart with recovery. I can't imagine riding would worsen it unless you crash. Chris

Sad to admit that I was hoping this thread was about boobies. I do ride almost always with high beams on during daylight hours. I have started to changed my ways a little with the Itilian bikes have the quick trigger/toggle to flash high beams. Doesn't work like I wish. Only works from going low to high and not high to low. I also use the safety wobble. When I flick from low to high, I mix it up on how many and low long I hold the flash. Chris

Was considering riding up to Mid Ohio for Vintage days tomorrow but can't take straight roads. Any suggestions? Chris

Any female sizes/cut?

Morons, going slow and still crashing. Guy going other direction is biggest moron of all. Crashed for no reason other than something was happening in the other lane. This skill level (LOW) gives us all a bad name

Sweet video of OMRL race at PIRC this past weekend!

Can't wait until the next PIRC (BeaveRun) round. Trying to find a time to go over to practice as well. Chris -
Returned safely. No VD, no crashes, no tickets. Yes, new tires, damn this thing chews threw the front and the rear tires @ $520 installed.

I'd be happy to answer questions, but I only have the base model (Non S). I almost bought the more expensive model, but determined that $5K was too much additional. Chris

My response was way too cocky. I wouldn't stop riding, quite the opposite. I would ride the Gap over and over until I was familiar with the road. I'm sure they are faster on their bike than I could be. I just don't understand why anyone would choose a goldwing to ride fast. Spirited sure, but I know they make bikes that are much better suited for fast riding. Much as I realize that the Ducati isn't very good at 1000 mile days. Chris
-
This is cool. But if these guys could keep up with me on the Gap even with my limited knowledge of the road, I'd stop riding immediately Chris

I don't recall seeing any VFR's. No idea about a YW or RC. More info please. Almost ran over some wild turkeys this morning.

It would be better with you guys. Next time...

Rain all day today. Drove over to Maggie Valley to go to 'wheels through time'. They were closed. Dumbass didn't check the days closed (Tuesday and Wednesday FYI). Came back to town and wend fishing downstream of the Fontana Dam near the campground for some trout. Caught a couple. My first time trout fishing. Strong little fuckers. Reminds me of like a small shark when you hold them. Yesterday was fantastic. Was riding up the gap and saw two fast bikes go by heading down. I went a little bit further and turned around and chased them back down the gap. Caught up with them. Chatted at the bottom. One is riding Ducati 1199S and other Aprilia RSV4. We rode up and down 2 or 3 more times. Wore me out. Pace was very quick. Looked like rain. I took a rest, loaded the bike up on the trailer and dropped it off at Wheelers. $520 later, two new tires on the Duc. Went into Robbinsville and met the little lady for dinner, went by the town carnival (very small). Came back to the room. Had a little Jager Monsters - got my freak on - went to sleep. Tomorrow supposed to be rain again - I'm driving car over to my Grandma's NW of Chattanooga TN to see her. She is very old and not doing very well. I'll make sure to hang there and use up much of the day. Friday will be a day of riding in the morning and maybe some two up riding in the afternoon. I brought my GoPro but not the damn screw thing that holds it on the bike. Thus no video. There should be some pictures showing up on the photographer pages of the two Duc's and one Aprilia. July 10th. How's Ohio?

Welcome to Lebanon. A great place to raise a family. You will find the winters can suck, spring can be very rainy and lots of allergens in the air, especially the year you get a new bike, summers can have some nice 75-80F days, but many others days will be super humid, fall is generally nice but changing weather patterns can mean extra cold or extra warm duing the fall. There are worse places to live, but I can't really think of many J/K it's a great place, but far from perfect. I'm still relatively new to OR, haven't even met YSR Racer yet, or don't remember and he lives in the same town. We shall have to have a little party for meet and great the folks who don't live in Columbus or Cleveland. BTW, I live behind the baptist church across 48 from the Y. Chris

I4's are awesome. They dominate in HP and Torgue. Broad spread of power with huge top end surge. No way to beat them for the price. I still prefer twins. How they pull, vibrate, sound, etc. Narrow profile is a major factor as well.

That is funny!

Another great day today. Some of you slow pokes should come join me. I have extra bed in my room and plenty to drink. What's stopping you? Hutch, Midgett, Uncle Punk?

It was failed starter. Dealer replaced with new and imnproved one while I waited. Still haven't put the new battery in but I brought with me just in case. I'm about to head out. I should be able to get some video this trip. Oh, I did bring the Jager and the Monster. Just show up and we can drink and ride, or is it ride then drink Chris
