Oh, you used Sammy's contact manager. Use Googles and they live in your Gmail account.

No, I have my contacts in Google.  I have a call blocker app to keep stalkers away and it backs up to dropbox, but I guess there's some issue between the apps and they no longer recognize each other, soooo I had to find an SD card and re-enter the blocked numbers and set it up to back up on the card versus dropbox.  This isn't the first time this has happened with losing my data in the call blocker, but now it'll be the last time.

    Sounds like an iPhone thing.

Surprisingly, no.  Galaxy S7.  I did a factory reset because the screen kept freezing randomly and nothing seemed to resolve it...

How about when one of the carrier's auto-installed apps kills the fingerprint reader on your phone?  Took a while for someone to figure that one out!  I'm just glad that I found the post where someone did figure it out!

I've never heard of that at all.  Sounds like almost as much fun as what I've been having.   :nono:

  3. Gotta love when an app on my phone won't recognize another app where data is backed up...  having to re-enter 50 phone numbers AGAIN is such a pain in the ass.  I thought technology helped make things easier, but most days it just doesn't seem like it.

It makes me miss rotary phones, cassette players, lawn darts, Mercurochrome - you know back when things were simple...  lol

haha me too. It's not near as bad as it used to be. Pinnacle for me was that big guy that wanted "gas money", and wouldn't take no for an answer. Thought I'd have a fight on my hands. Actually was able to trace/track him on the internet, ex-con recently released. Not well adjusted, lol.

Ugh, I hate the creepy, got a couple teeth missing weirdos that try to compliment me.  Happens almost every time I'm at the gas station...

The best was the guy that complimented my bike with a "nice bike bro" one night (I had my helmet on), obviously he didn't see my helmet bow and realize I wasn't a dude until I thanked him.  hahaha

I need to open an HVAC business, you are the 5th person that I have heard in two days with furnace trouble.

In the 6 or 7 years in this house, I've never had an issue at all, this furnace has an electric igniter and I suspect that is the issue.  Unfortunately the guy can't get here until tomorrow...

People are just now turning on their heaters? F' that, life is too short to spend it freezing.

Well you, sir, have no insulation, so you've probably had your heat on for months...

Date is posted. Start planning. Come down and have a ball with us.

    Alrighty then....

Do NEO peeps ride or trailer down?  How long of a ride is it to get there?

Is anyone looking for someone to split room expenses with?

Is there any other helpful info that anyone can provide?

missed this update.  Glad to see the improvement.

Are there bathrooms yet, or just portable toilets?   Is the 'tech shed' still standing?

What did the days cost?  I'm softening the wife on a shitty street/track bike by sending her links to cars that cost 3-4 times what I'd spend on a bike :p

There are bathrooms, with toilets that flush.  And by tech shed, do you mean a drive thru barn?  If so, then yes.  lol

I cant wait to get on this new pavement...... Nelsons looks like my kind of track.

So you're saying your kind of track is the kind that looks super sketchy at 7am, like you're going to some foggy, janky farm where weird things happen?  At least that was my first thought when I pulled in... It's no wonder Ron said he liked it so much.  :D

I definitely want to go back, I have to say the last corner before the front straight ended up being my favorite.

  8. Better to do what they were doing at midnight rather than any other time of day - not that I'm saying it's right or wrong, but at least there's less traffic on the road.

And millennials are the worst... this is why I don't go to cars & coffee, it has nothing to do with sleeping in at all... damn kids & their obsession with fine German automobiles...

Thanks man, appreciate the detail. Beyond BP I was betting part of it was tires. I could see my street tires could not lean over any more.

Something for you to watch for @tall_tracy when you run out of chicken strip you are done, you can't lean past that.

True, luckily my legs are sooooo long that my knee will touch before I run out of lean angle.....  I'm kidding guys, so relax.

I'm hoping to continue working on improving next year, and that's the whole reason for new rear sets and my own suit.  It was fun and I learned a bunch from it.

I personally wouldn't have a track bike worth enough money for me to want to insure it. No insurance on mine. Plus I'm not even sure some track bikes are even insurable because of lack of titles, previous damage, etc.

This is why if I had the funds I would have a dedicated track bike... just some cheap heap that I could not worry about anything happening to it.
