  1. Yep I knew that... They're adjustable ones so any non-adjustable components should have it. ?
  2. Finally got the rearsets done... now I just need to put some miles on the bike and make sure they're adjusted where I want and that nothing loosens up...
  3. I know - I have one and so does @jschaf --- I love mine. You should take Jim up on his offer to check his out.
  4. Stunt school?? That sounds like a liability nightmare with insurance. No wonder there isn't one to be found....
  5. Best of luck with your new gig! It won't be the same without you, I mean who's gonna convince me to buy things I might not need like you do?
  6. Well NOW you tell me........
  7. Nope, I want to go get my own beverage bc I don't need anyone showing up with a roofied macchiato...
  8. I've got the rear master cylinder installed already - it was just a pain to figure out bc the instructions provided and the video online are not great. I've contacted a retailer that carries the rearsets to ask about the exhaust attachment, as well as the Ducati dealer to see if there's just a bolt missing or something. And to think I was worried about that giant bolt and getting it loose --- pshhh that was the easy part since the tool was included. I mean for what I paid, it should include a guy who comes to your house and installs them... and a coupon for a free macchiato at Starbucks to boot.
  9. Fricken Italians with their subpar instructions... More specifically the lack of instruction on the rear brake set up and how the exhaust attaches to the new rearset. What a P I T A!
  10. Perhaps they don't want people with fender eliminators to get wet if it happens to rain??? lol
  11. According to FB, bike night has been cancelled due to weather...
  12. Don't tell me how to live my life... The fender has been gone for a while now, but next chance I get, I'll ride thru some puddles and report back. Heck, I haven't even put the new sticker on my plate or started my bike yet, and I'm hoping to get the new rearsets put on in the next few days, so puddle jumping is not too high on the list of to-do's.
  13. But if you ride on a wet road, isn't it likely that more than you ass will be soaked? My stock fender had an opening right down the center so it sprayed water on my back. Those Italians and their design flaws...
  14. I've been watching the weather and it doesn't look promising in Cleveland on Saturday. I wanted to ride down for this, but I guess I'll be driving instead....
  15. If his head fits - that Shoei RF-1200 that's on sale. Then tell him to save up for a transitions shield. I love mine. He could go to a Cycle Gear if IP is too far depending on his location - I know they have a bunch of helmets in the N. Olmsted store.
  16. Congrats on your new gig @Tonik!! Lemme know when you get your own Tesla and then when you're looking for someone to drive you around in it...
  17. Is the jacket worth having altered since besides your T-Rex arm problems the rest of it fits you?? Just a thought.
  18. Buying a bike is just like buying a car for the most part, EXCEPT that you most likely won't be able to test ride the bike before purchase. Most dealers don't allow test rides. Private party sellers won't allow it unless they have purchase cash in hand. Make sure you have enough money set aside for decent gear - helmet, jacket, gloves, boots at minimum; riding jeans or pants too if possible. Don't be afraid to ask questions - there's a lot to learn but there's a lot of good info here. Many of the members are quite knowledgeable, heck some of them even know about riding motorcycles, but they can be savages at times (mostly when the weather sucks and can't ride). Good luck in your search and welcome!
  19. Maybe the cows identify as goats or vice versa... Idk, nevermind...
  20. Okay, I'll try not to make a mess like last year. And if this fuken weather ever gets warmer...I could put the new rearsets on and ride it to your house for the gay garage gang bang meat in greet driveway drunken shinding thingy...
  21. Perhaps the leather comes from death metal cows - ones that enjoy a good mosh pit? Perhaps all that headbanging makes the leather softer???
