My trip to NY was in the Catskills which reminded me of SEO, but yes, getting there was pretty uneventful until we headed south out of Buffalo. I'm not exactly sure what route I'm taking down for this trip. I have family in Louisville so there's a chance I might stop overnight there on my way down, or the way back.

Thanks for this reply... I’m planning my first trip there. I may have a friend going w me but that’s all up in the air. After taking a trip thru Canada to NY last year gives me the confidence to do this solo if that’s how it shakes out. Tell your wife to take her bike, I’ll ride with her.

Uh, that probably wouldn't work, they'd spot you when you checked in; but you could for sure go to the Catskills and hang out in the area for the weekend... lol

2017 was good --- took a moto-camping trip that was pretty epic; did a track day; met some new OR faces and made new moto friends. I learned how to clean a carburetor and make dirt bike plastics look like new. I unintentionally had 5 vacation days that I didn't use that I'm lucky enough to roll over to the first quarter of the new year - I don't think that's ever happened to me before. For 2018 - I plan on doing the same moto-camping trip (Babes Ride Out is amazing and I know those of you with penises are super jelly). I hope to do another track day or two hopefully. Going on the Gap trip in June. And making sure to take all 3 weeks of my vacation before next winter sets in. lol Is it spring yet????

Aw, thanks! Turns out I didn't end up working a full day on Friday - who knew... Hopefully I'll be able to join next time this happens!!

Exactly - things didn't end so well between us and he's been contacting me since July when he happened to run into me while I was on my motorcycle. I haven't seen him in probably 13 years and am fine with that - I'm not sure why he won't just go away, luckily he doesn't have my phone number or know where I live.
