I feel the same way at the time I had just got my bike and really didn't know anyone to ride with or this site for that matter and it did get boring after a few times. Now I would rather head out to 668 or Hocking.
Last year I was doing just the QS&L bike nights until Brandon (Dying Shadow) took me to Hocking Hills bike nights went out the window, if I could talk the wife to moving in that area I would go in a heartbeat.
yeah I feel the pinch, thats why I love Iron Ponys discount section. on a side note I am signing up for the advanced riders course in the morning and I hope I can get a fairly early class and not something 2 months from now.
I have the same issue byt mine are 2 and soon to be 5, as for my wife she can deal with it for a few days. The mistress and I need some alone time after a very cruel winter keeping us apart. (She wil kill me if she ever sees this post)
Painful RHill I have done it a few times myself it's part of the hobby. Hellmutt 25 years ago I was 6 and had what I thought at the time was the most bad ass buggy...Red Arrow from Radio Shack ran for 10min charged for 12 hrs lol.
Sorry to hear about the loss Hellmutt back in those days the hobby wasn't cheap and building was time cosuming since there were no real ready to run options.
Wait until my kids pass out and I can pull the super scale F-22, SU-47 and A-10 out for pictures all three planes have over a 80 inch wing span pushed by 2 70mm brushless fan units retractable gear and smoke systems.
I run this on 2 11.1v 5000mah 40c Venom Lipo batteries so far my top speed is 86.4 mph need to try some different diff fluid and some pinion/spur combos.
