At the higher wattage 8000k looks almost identical to the 6000k. I am not saying that it puts out more light. I am just saying that with the bit of research I did most companies recommended those kelvin ratings. I am also much happier with them then the factory lights. Maybe next time I will try 4300k.

HITE can do a reman and is looking into upping the power.

Serpentine but it is the only thing powered by that belt. I have 3 serpentine belts on my car.

Most of the conversion sights I read suggested 6000k for 35w or 8000k for 55w. That is what I went with in my factory Integra housings. They look amazing, I feel like I can see forever and I have yet to get pulled over or flashed for my low beams. Best $120 I have spent on the car.

Because I have a higher draw then factory so a higher output then factory is desired. I will not need 180 amps but, 110 or 130 could be used at full draw. Sitting at a light everything slows down. Off-idle I am fine. So with a 180 my alternator should never break a sweat, even when I add my UFO lights and turbo bass system so the other ricers will except me. (Not Really)

Between the new data rules, the new text rules (unlimited text only applies verizon to verizon and does not include short text (5 digit #'s), other carriers or IM), the phone limits (old but it is only verizon to verizon unlike sprints to any mobile) and them taking away the new every 2 program I don't see a reason to join (or renew) with them.

They said it should be underrated by about 15-20 amps. More then enough for anything I am doing with it.

Just talked to them. Sounds like who I may be getting it from. $395 for a stock housing that is 180 amp instead of the factory 90 amp.

Sent them an email. Site looks like it is under construction? Only thing I could find about them online was a couple years old. Are they still doing alternators?

Who rebuilds/beefs up alternators around here. I am having trouble finding a replacement for mine. I would also like to get it beefed up a little bit. It is currently a 90 amp. It would be nice to bump it at least to a 110 or 130 amp. I can only find special order alternators due to it being a Type R.

Slightly off topic.....Can someone PM me a good how to about overclocking. I understand that it is making a computer work faster then it is rated and I am not sure of anything other then that. I would like to know what it is and how to do it. I just don't know where to start or what sites to trust.

Just was looking at the fish and noticed some of their tails have red. I assume these are the males? They also have a small bulge on their foreheads. hope this helps ID them.

I have a 55 gallon tank that I don't need anymore. The top center where the lights are supported is cracked. When full with water it was slightly bowed out. Could possibly be epoxyed or used as a tank for reptiles etc. It will need cleaned out. I also have a 20 gallon high tank that I no longer need. One side has a crack that I never noticed until I was cleaning it out this last weekend. I also have MANY cichlids. I am not 100% sure what kind. I currently have 60 of them in a 55 gallon tank and need to thin them out. Everything from 1/2" to 4". Let me know. I am willing to give some of my tank water for transport.
