  1. you cant pull the fuse or a terminal or anything. it will hit the edge of the door and may break the glass. its like an instantanious movement of like a 1/4" to make it clear and to get a tighter seal. its amazing how quick it is. my dad was looking at a mustang and i tried opening real fast and i could never get it to catch. I wouldnt think it would be a problem as many cars with it and tint that you see.
  2. I know a private dealer that has a wide selection. All are clean and have had numbers run. Pre-Ban 9mm (16 rounds). Russian AK-47(never fired), 2 high capacity clips, sling, 300 rounds of ammo $300. Many 10-22's and 12ga. shotguns. Call me (T.J.) 9372434521 if you want details. I'm rarely online (once a week maybe) so pms may take awhile. He has also said he needs a reliable (not necessarily pretty) s-10 or ranger. He is older and disabled. Prefers a 2wd small truck. He will trade a truck load of guns for the vehicle or cash.
  3. i have a friend that may be interested in trading a Lesabre or a thunderbird. would you be at all interested? Is it still available? The Lesabre is like a 96 I think. VERY clean. His Thunderbird is a 94 4.6L with a K&N kit, flowmasters and Cobra R wheels. It keeps up with my Type R to 110mph and still has room for 5.
  4. I have a bone stock 2000 Integra Type R. This is my first import and I have no idea what route to go with it. Everyone has a different suggestion. Should I keep it NA, go turbo, or go with a supercharger? I like the idea of NA but have serious doubts of the power potential. I would like to be able to hit about 10,000rpms (I can hit 9 now and supposedly JDM B18C can hit 10 stock). I have seriously started to consider the Vortech Air-Liquid Intercooled supercharger kit. It fits nicely under a stock hood and has no externally visible intercooler. My biggest concern is the 10:1 compression. What kinda boost am I looking at? 5-7? Ideas? Concerns? Recommendations? I would really like to sit down and talk to someone with some experience especially with B18C5 experience. Thanks in advance.

  5. The Kroger gas station on Holt. Rd. was the one that HAD it for $.85. It was a promotional thing they put on with 93.3 when they first started selling it. As far as running it in various cars they have pamphlets that tell you what cars are set up to run it. Most newer cars do NOT need a special tune to run it. If your car can use it there is a sensor in the tank that tells the computer how much ethanol is in the tank and it tunes itself accordingly. If you try to run it in any other car it can (and most likely) will cause all metal components to corrode. However, if your car is set up to run alternative fuels it can be very beneficial. Bill Dozer put some in his LX when it was $.85 because it was so cheap (he even used my Kroger card and got $.03 off per gallon). He never turned his cooling fan on on the way home and got home to find frost on his intake. 105 octane and running cool enough to frost up your intake? Sounds like some good power possibilities to me.
  6. is your friend on ohio nissans? because someone called about buying some crap off me awhile back, and i told him, that i would just give him the radiator for free, because i had like 6 of them for ka 240s i was not going to be home the day he was off so he asked would i be able to leave it outside for him to get, i said yes and , but never came if you get it. I dont have any of the stuff anymore , but i know of a junkyard here local that has 10 240's that know one knows about that you could get super cheep.

but ya autozone does carry them for like 99 bucks

Which junkyard has all the 240's?

  7. Just had mine done at NTB Sawmill over the weekend, and on the final printout, noticed that the caster on the front left was still out of spec. Now before I got as far as getting all huffed up, a corner of my memory jumped out and said "Remember what Roy (my old mech back in Cleveland) said... one of the alignments gets set at the factory, and can't be changed without tearing the whole car apart." So... is caster the one that can't be changed, or was someone being lazy that day?

I work at the NTB on Holt Rd. It is our policy to adjust all settings that are adjustable. However, the salesman should have told you the setting was not factory adjustable and told you that theere may be aftermarket kits to make it adjustable. Typically, customers dont want to fuss with the labor and parts cost. Usually its .5 hours per side plus parts for a cam kit to do caster. ($85) if you are interested in an exact price call us (614-870-8945) ask for Bill and tell him T.J. sent you.

  8. yes they do, parking lights.

Michigan law doesn't require any exterior markings, lights on, or sitting in plain sit. (My kid brother is a cop up there) It's a little more of a sport up there. Plus the water is blue like it's supposed to be not brown. By the way what's the difference between a legacy and a wanna be? About 162 miles and 4 national championships. :finger: GO BLUE! 9. I'll throw this out there just because you did say that trades may be possible, but I'm currently getting ready to sell my 1967 Pontiac Le Mans to make room in the garage for just such a car as your Integra. My Le Mans is very clean, has a newly rebuilt 350 Chevy retrofitted into it, and runs amazingly well. It would be fine for a daily driver, though it is a classic. It is a 2 door, but has large back seats! If there is any interest in a possible trade, please post back. Otherwise for others, I'll be expecting 7000-8000 for the car or a similar car for trade (turbo or supercharged).
