If it is VanDevere then the small print on the website says "Two for one is on the purchase of a new Kia Sorento EX in lieu of rebates & incentives to receive to recieve a second car of dealer choice plus tax, title & fees." Read as base model Rio Free.

Fuel Economy
Fuel economy testing and mileage claims are a tricky business. Just ask the EPA, whose website states, “EPA’s fuel economy estimates are designed to allow consumers to comparison shop. Your fuel economy will almost certainly vary from EPA’s fuel economy rating. This is based on a number of factors, such as weather, road conditions, your driving and maintenance habits, and your use of air conditioning.” Under Gas Mileage Tips they go on to say, “Replacing a clogged air filter can significantly improve your car’s mileage”. A lot of exaggerated claims are made in the marketplace by products claiming to improve gas mileage. K&N makes no general fuel economy claims, however we encourage you to try our air filter for yourself. Keeping air filter restriction as low as possible can be an important tool, among others, for maintaining high mileage. For more info read what some of our users have to say on the K&N testimonials page.

This is retarded. Yea it is alot of snow and yea people in Ohio can't drive and then you add snow and they really suck, but this was no where near a blizzard. I drove my Mom's '02 Acura TL leaving Marysville at 6am drove to Detroit then left Detroit and drove back to Marysville. Then I took my '00 Integra Type R and went to the store on Sunday. This is a normal winter in MI and it's not just once through the winter it is ALL winter long. A month and a half ago the snow from my Grandfather's driveway was taller then my car the full length of the driveway. It doesn't melt till March and it only gets deeper. When you need a second story exit and have to shovel the roof to prevent collapse then it is a blizzard. Grow a pair, slow it down a little bit, don't be stupid, watch out for the retards and everything will be okay.

It would probably be best to get a Lawyer or Real Estate Agent involved despite the money. It makes sure everything is legal and finalized and it sets everything in stone so that you have a leg to stand on. I have heard of way to many friends and family being torn apart over some small discrepency in a transaction. Honestly, between asking around and finding someone you know who is related to or knows an agent and the crappy market, I wouldn't be surprised if you could get things done alot cheaper then you expect. Think about it, the agent doesn't have to advertise the property or anything they just have to do some paper work and watch it exchange hands.

I blame the 5% that threw away their vote for Ron Paul. I am ashamed to live in Ohio. I voted for Obama.
It is only a throw away because people are so afraid to vote how they really feel and would rather vote for a more likely candidate. I am curious as to how many people would vote for Ron Paul if it wasn't a "throw away vote". He might actually stand a chance or at least draw some attention to what people really want. Not to mention a fair portion of the people who voted for Ron Paul would have voted Republican if Ron Paul was not a choice and would not have affected the Osama/Hitlery battle.

Obama has a TINY lead over Hilary and McCain has won (not officially but inevitabley) the Republicans as far as the National Delgate count is set so far.

Thank you. I didn't expect to have to do to much, at least not until i spend some money and start playing with the big kids but, I wanted to make sure I didn't drive all the way for 1 slow pass.

Great group that was started in Michigan for guys in situations like yours. I don't know if they do any work in Ohio but, they could probably recommend a group that does or a better lawyer. Hope everything works out.

I do not know what rules I need to meet for tech. I have never raced anywhere but LaRue and at a track where I was an employee (bleach box wetter) and was never teched at either. I expect my car to run mid 14's. It is a '00 Acura Integra Type R essentially stock. (Digital Ignition, and some fuel system modifications. Where can I get a copy of rules and is there someone that can guide me a little bit?

Nice, but with those tires I bet my stk IS300 would take him to 60,then it'd be all over with.
I wonder if it is ethanol powered? (C2H5OH) Definatly could benifit from some fender flares and fatter/stickier tires. If you did race him I would request a 2 lane gap in between cars so that he MIGHT not sideswipe you off the line.

Buy it, use it as a tax write off, keep the graphics (not on the car) and sell it in a few years as a collectors item.

There is also a section in the Ohio code that prohibits the sale of a vehicle with illegal tint by a dealer. I don't know if you can prove it was on there when you got it but it may help if you ever get a ticket.
