  1. yea, i was thinking about that and im mostly worried about the white on the gnine getting stained really easily.. i think im heading towards a gold engine with black covers.
  2. so, since the wreck, ive decided to tear the bike down to the frame. im going to be repainting everything. i havent, or cant quite decide of a paint scheme. im looking for something thats not typical. so far my thoughts are full black with a white engine and tank. OR full black with a gold engine, with gold levers, gold pegs, etc. your thoughts? kind of a stupid thread but im looking for thoughts and opinions.
  3. Sounds good! I liked when the flame blew out
  4. Welcome man.. Got a ton of people on here from the central area.
  5. ^^^^ exactly why you shouldnt leave...
  6. i have a joe rocket jacket XL, pretty good shape, just needs cleaned. its not horribly dirty but there are some spots on it.. FREE plus shipping if it needs shipped..
  7. i think we need to give him some kind of send off party regardless..
  8. So Detroit is a little less then 3 hours away, when I ride with you I ride about an hour and a half away to meet you, not we can both make that run and meet halfway and go for rides. I've only met you once, but you put quite the impression on me, hate to see you go hood on us, but I think even after your move we will keep riding together
  9. I'd take a loan out for 4000 to help buy that thing..
  10. i bet the cops adrenaline was up when he was chasing those "fighting kids" and the dog probably thought they were playing and tried to catch and get them like a dog would when you play with it.. stupid.. your a cop, man up and deal with the dog, IF it was actually attacking..
  11. My neighbors already hate my motorcycle, I should strap those on to my kids bicycle and let him give it hell!
  12. Welcome man! Good choice in bikes! Crept that liter bike needs to say Kawi!
  13. Yea, I now know that a liter bike is, and would have been dumb. Because of the wreck I respect my bike much much more then I have ever. The biggest problem I have as far as riding goes, is I "think" I'm too small to actually lean the bike far enough to turn at higher speeds. I feel like my knee is always going to crash the ground.. That's why I don't like, or can't, do turns at a faster speed, I feel like I can't make the bike do it. I almost bought a suit with knee pucks so I could comfortably lean the bike and not be worried about tearing the hell out of my knee. But that's why I don't like faster speeds in turns, I just feel like its impossible with dragging a knee. Half the time I stretch my chest out as far as it can go to make the turns I do make. With that being said, tips? Tricks? Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to put more effort into the actual bars?
  14. yea i know your kidding, but i know him and dave both feel bad about convincing me to go with them, im just try not to make them feel worse then they already do.
  15. again, this wreck has nothing to do with the other riders. i was and only i can be at fault for my own accident.
  16. dont be dave, like i said, i was comfortable the rest of the ride, it was a flaw on my part somewhere.. nothing to do with you guys, dont feel guilty..
  17. not too bad, she was a street fighter before the wreck, so no fairings or expensive headlight, did about $450 between, lights, levers, clip ons, and tail fairing.. so not too bad..
  18. i tried too.. lol.. but they said they would keep it normal safe pace, and they did, it was just a random fluke error, nothing to do with pace or anything.
  19. yes, i do live in grafton, but this happened way south, i know it took us probably 1.5 hours to even reach canton again. but like i said, i had no idea where we were at.. dgasser would know better.
  20. well saturday when we went out, i put the bike in the ditch. i dont really remember the wreck though. i blacked out going into it, due to being terrified, and woke back up after the bike and i were settled when i arose the back tire of the bike was in the direction we were going, so i think the bike flipped somehow. idk where we were at, but we were going into a turn, speed unknown, id say at least 50, and there was a bridge with that metal in the road that connects the bridge and road, which i believe upset the bike and shot me towards the ditch, i have no other explanation. uncle punk and dgasser were with me, thank god because they were able to figure out how to tape my left clip on to the forks so i could make the 3 hour ride home. but im feeling pretty lucky about life, walked away with a sore knee, not even a scratch. +1 for helmet.
