I have a couple hundred rounds of 380 and 9mm FMJ to trade. Also have some 7.62x39 on 10 round clipper strips. Looking for some 45acp to take to the range.

Sounds good, anybody that is planning on scouting that weekend or just in the area is more than welcome to stop by the campground for some burgers/brats. Have some lunch and then do a bit of riding.

I may be running over to Cabela's Grand Opening on Thursday. If you don't find any ammo, I could bring a few boxes along. I'm only looking to get their weight in pure gold in exchange. (Seems to be the going rate right now ) .... or what I got into them, 50 rounds FMJ for $16.

My wife and I are going to check out Happy Hills Campground the first weekend in April. I'll probably throw the bike in the back of the camper in case the weather cooperates.

I have used Sport Tour LTD in Sharonville for tires. They are good on price and install isn't much if you need it done. I will be getting a set from them when I figure out what I want on the CBR. www.sporttour.com

Very true! and very envious. Last February, my buddy came down from Minneapolis (to escape the cold) and we rode south into Alabama and back. We spent 5 days on the road and ran into "nice" (read: COLD) weather down in Alabama. The trip back north to Cincinnati was warmer than it was in Alabama. Ate some damn good BBQ though and would do it again in a heartbeat!

Subscribed I'm thinking I will probably do the weekend camping thing and throw the bike in my toyhauler for the drive over. If anyone else is planning on camping and knows a nice campground, let me know.

I would say VFR unless she is after a more aggressive riding position. I have spent several 500-600 mile days in the saddle of mine and it is a nice blend of sport and tour. Can't get enough of the power behind my 1000RR though.

My brother came down through Michigan and grabbed up a few boxes of 9mm ammo from Cabela's in Dundee. It was MFS 9mm FMJ, 50rd for $15. Same price I was getting it at Walmart for Federal 9mm.... When I could find it. He said they had quite a bit.

I have the 4th and 5th off work as well as the 18th and 19th. Might be in Columbus the 18th/ 19th for ROTR though. I would probably haul the camper over and make a weekend out of it if I have the time off. Dying to get out and ride!

About the same for me to get to Target World... bad part is going into or out of Cincinnati during peak "crazy driver" hours. 20 miles could end up being an hour or longer. Point Blank in Blue Ash is about 25 miles away. I'm moving to Zombieland!

I love the feel of my XD with the extended mag grip sleeve. Normal mag will only get me a 2 finger hold. I saw a few different grip extensions you can get for the normal mag. I thought about picking up the http://www.amazon.com/Pearce-Springfield-Armory-XD-Extension/dp/B000J4JI14/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1360510847&sr=8-1&keywords=springfield+xd+9+subcompact+magazine to add a little length.

Well... not everything is overpriced at the gun shows. I picked up a nearly new Mossberg 500 ported/rifled scoped barrel for $100. Been looking for a rifled barrel ever since I picked up the field/security combo a few months back. 3 different options to choose from now 18.5" straight barrel 24" rifled/ported scoped barrel 28" barrel w/ 3 chokes regular stock and a pistol grip Not bad for a $400 total investment... **On another note, Federal 9mm 50rd boxes were anywhere from $30-$45 at the show! Anybody up north know if Cabela's has any ammo in stock?

I picked mine up with a truck/trailer and had a buddy help get it in the house with an appliance dolly (which can be rented). I put it on the main floor in my house, so not a huge issue getting it in the door and situated. The delivery price varies depending on how many miles you are from the store and it costs a bit more if you want it brought in the house. If it was going upstairs or to the basement, I would have gladly paid for delivery. The safe weighs in at nearly 500lbs... **If you haven't guessed, I may or may not work at the one in Hamilton.

It seems to be a real nice (heavy) safe. It has 6 locking bolts on the door and comes with bolts to mount it to the floor. Lots of options inside to set it up for whatever small armory you have. I have one side setup for long guns and the other half is shelves for my ammunition and handguns. The safe was probably overkilll for me right now (3 handguns, 2 long guns and a bunch of ammo), but I'm sure I will have a great time filling it up.
