This is retarded on multiple levels, but heres my .02. I like BW3s and will continue to go there. Never had a problem with CCW there before because usually im having a beer anyways so i dont carry. Regardless though, as dumb as it may be (which i do think it is), companies do have the RIGHT to decide if they want to allow Civilians to CCW. I accept that. I understand that i cannot carry everywhere, and thats ok. Especially lately since my schooling is at Grant and i do Hospital clinicals and ride with Fire Depts, so i cant carry anywhere anyways. Now if i found out that places like this were supporting Anti-gun people, then that would change the story. But as far as i know they dont, and Bdubs has good wings, so ill continue to go. End rant.

So i just ordered some Vance & Hines staggered short shots (black) and the programmer for my Harley 48. Now im looking for an air cleaner to go with. Ive had my eye on the Screamin Eagle Heavy Breather (black), but its $300. Any other air cleaners i have seen just dont do it for me and some other i like are even more expensive than the SE. My question is, is it possible to make your own air cleaner like the SE (90 degree bend and filter) or is there more to it (electronics of any sort, etc). Saw that Cabelas had one yesterday but after waiting patiently for 30-45mins i decided id try again on a week day.

I wouldnt rule out the reserves. I just couldnt get much info on them when i was looking. I wouldnt mind the drive to Knox or PA either, been driving to Toledo for 5 years so cant be much worse. Let me know what you need from me as far as more info, etc. Also, im in Paramedic school now (be done in Dec) and i know that Flight medics now go through P school, would i just fast track through that or have to go through it again? Air Guard might have flight nurses but i know that there "flight medics" are primarily medics used on planes not choppers, so not really what im looking for. Plus i already looked into the Air Guard and theyre not really taking anybody. And as far as a school degree, im in the process of getting my Paramedic certification, then need one more semester at CSCC for my Assoc. in EMS/Fire Science. If you can find a Flight medic slot let me know. My chain of command pretty much did nothing for me when i mentioned it, had to do the research myself and found nothing. Im a 68W (medic). And when i say training, im not talking being sent to schools, im saying we didnt even train at the unit level. I deff can see it as a stepping stone and i will deff enjoy my freedom out. I just wish i couldve got more out of it.

Im not completely ruling out never re-enlisting, its just that what i want is hard to find/get. I was looking for a Flight Medic slot but theres really no Air Ambulance Unit in or even around Ohio. Ive heard rumors of one coming to the Akron area but couldnt get anything confirmed, and im not staying in just for rumors. I was expecting to get some good training and better missions. Didnt happen that way. Drill weekends consisted of sitting around doing nothing and deployment seemed like a waste of skills. I thought of it like that, but then realized there will always be some ate up dick head above you anyways lol. I agree with the stupidity and bad times outweighing the few good times. This is the main reason for getting out, just not worth it. Drive from Columbus to Toledo every month to do nothing just isnt worth it. I did make some good friends on deployment, but i still see them outside of drill weekend. And as for scool, im already in Paramedic school now. Its been put on hold for a while now because of Army interference so its nice to finally be on track with it. Thanks fellas.

Welp, just got home from my last Drill weekend in the National Guard. Its been a very long 6 years for sure. Im just disappointed that it wasnt everything i thought it would be. Besides that though, i did get to serve with some good guys............some bad ones too though. Regardless, im done now, and it feels good. That is all.

I hope they mistyped that when they said 2 billion rounds. Thats extreme. No shit you cant find ammo anywhere.
