I'd just be good with a guy with 2 first names freebie, hence if your name can be said either way I get free chicken. Scott Cordell, Cordell Scott, or two last names however you want to look at it.
Hopefully everything is good with Dyno Brian, I know he's got a lot going on so I'll just wish him the best.
Nice having a small meet so close to home, and nice to see some of CR's eastsiders that aren't always out.
Okay,
CTS-V, B, good but nothing spectacular
Cobalt, C+, amazing considering the market its in and with EPS
Soltice, B-, simply because the stock suspension just leaves so much to be desired it costs alot of the steering feel
2004 MazdaSpeed Miata, A-
Doc's Lotus Elise, A+
Tom's C6 Z06 on R-comps, B+
I'll admit that I haven't driven many great cars, especially since 5-6 years ago I thought my Camaro was good. Maybe it's just that I'm used to my Miata but it just goes where I think about putting it. The Elise was unbelivable especially since it was a real eye opener for me having never driven something
Wow after reading that article, the suspect Matthew Jones sounds like my cousin but I think he's a few years younger then that. Don't know haven't seen him in close to 10 years.
Stupid shit none the less.
A Colorado as you mentioned in your first post would be a big dissapointment. Older W-bodys make great DDs with a little TLC and a 3.8 preferably supercharged. I would not own a V8 W-body, they are too hard to work on not to mention a weak ass tranny.
I wish eveyone that owned one was so lucky, personally I think there are a lot of items on the C6 cars that I would rather not have and all the extra electronics is most of it. Every spring we get a dozen or so that people have no clue how to take care of it, but there are many throughout the season that have issues as well. I will say however that other then some fluid leaks we don't really get the Vettes is for much else.
As little as you drive the C5z the C6 would piss you off, the battery goes dead, the pushbutton start seems to forget the fob. I think the C6z is a great car, however keep the super clean C5z, install nice supercharger set-up, and put more money towards owning a building for DTM.
Since I tend to be more function then form, I'm gonna say the TRs. Cheaper tires to go abuse and lighter, plus it's not like they look bad. I will agree the OZs look better but that is not my first requirment when looking for parts.
I am, so if anyone wants to play it on x-box live my id is ND2RACE.
I am a big noob to online play so if you do want to play I'm sure I could learn a few things.
Okay sarcasim, I said above that it doesn't include any broken hard parts.
and since you fuckers don't want to look it up yourselves.

Typically cheaper to build what you have, I haven't looked into it for a while but hard parts are not included. If they stick a Viper mainshaft in it, or now they are sticking the new T-6060 guts in the f-body T-56s all can be had for under $3500 iirc, and have a higher torque rating.
Speak of the devil. Okay so aside from my reference to you, would you recommend he go to whom ever or a specialized shop?
and if you bought all new shit then I was mistaken. Why don't you build Phil's, at least you've done it before.
Welcome to the world of T-56, there isn't much basic and cheap about it. Like I told you the other day when you called me, you'll get what you pay for. How many times has Craig had to pull his apart? No offense to Craig but throwing used peices into a trans to replace broken shit isn't going to get you very far. It takes some special tools, experience, and quality parts to make one of these last. Thats why these don't even come apart at the dealership typically. Bite the bullet, spend some of yor DSM money on some place that specializes in these.
