    It rolls the fuck out. It was a good time tonight. 5 boats, 2 ski's. Had a great time handing Andrew his ass on shantons ski, then getting my ass handed to me by the sunsation.

     

    Sounds like I missed a good one. Hopefully the weather and job will cooperate next week.

    Oh and its a speedster 200 terd ferguson. I might have one of my friends dude bring his boat out. 27 ft sunsation that hits 95mph. LOL

     

    I would love to see that Sunsation run. I got off work too late tonight to make it out. Hopefully he can make it out next thursday. He's faster than me but I would sure like to take a crack at him.

    Old Baja, new paint and interior in 06, got rid of the bottom paint, different new motor this year.

    Bought last fall without power from LCM, second pic is of one motor.... Saw over 165 in it, sold a little over a month ago.

    Good God. Are those 1250's? I would have paid $$ to go for a ride in that boat. How's the Baja running? I've haven't seen you at the lake in some time.

    Stricter penalties is one thing but impounding the car would be a really bad idea. A kid who has a lot of money poured into a car is unliklely to stop if he's being chased by police. A ten second race would quickly become a high speed chase putting a lot more people on the road in danger. it looks like a quick way for the state to make money to me. If they really cared about reducing street racing they would make tracks more available for racers.

    these things can handle 600rwhp all day long, and be dead reliable. i've had the bigger blower on my car for almost 3 years with zero issues--zero. i have the stock tranny, stock clutch, and virtually stock rearend--just springs, an IRS brace, and subframes. honestly can't believe that the stock clutch has lived at nearly 600rwhp for almost 3 years.

     

    I second that. 3 years running between 550-600RWHP with zero issues. Completely stock except for the blower/injectors and MAF.

    There is actually a lot of people making that with ported blowers. Setups like Stage 3-4 ports with 2.65 uppers and 4lb lowers. I have also seen 3.1 upper with 6lb lower. Or 2.76 with 4lb lower and Stage 5 port there is a shit load combos to get there. BTW- Matt your Cobra made some good numbers today. Now get those cats off there and let it breathe!!!

     

    It's been a while since I've visited the Cobra forums. That's damn impressive for a ported blower car. Nice meeting you today.

    with out the 50 shot.As i recall, ported blower, pulley, injectors, intake, dumps,heat exchanger. Dont remember what else. He bought the car new, but has only had it out about 2 or 3 times in last year

     

    I think 550RWHP is probably with the 50 shot or he has the strongest ported blower car on the planet. Very nice looking Cobra though.

    My best was 11.70 at 120. When it got cool and I thought the car would shine I blew the tires off. O' well it happens. It was still a good time. Garret and Sam were running, Dover was filming. I am sure they will post up there results.

     

    Nice runs. When I had the pulley and Catback on the car I ran a string of 12.00's on stock rubber but I could not get into the 11's... very frustrating.

    Seems all I remember seeing were a bunch of criminals looting and firing on the police.

     

    Bingo! You just answered the question of why anyone would want an assault rifle. Most people are not buying guns to shoot at the military or overthrow the govt. You certainly have some good points but you just aren't educated enough on the subject, admittedly.

    Fucking rights of the ignorant are what costs the rest of us in the end and that shit needs to stop. It's not political correctness that's fucked up, it's our giving the ignorant and irresponsible privileges simply because they have a heartbeat and live in the USA. How about we make them have a fucking IQ and a proven sense of responsibility.

     

     

    I agree completely with statement above. I just think you're making these "assault weapons" out to be more lethal than they really are. A semi-auto .223 in my opinion is not much more of a force than your Glock with a high capacity mag. Anyone who looks at a black rifle automatically thinks that it's a weapon of mass destruction because it's clad with black plastic and looks menacing. If you looked at essentially the same weapon at a Wal-Mart store and it had a Walnut stock and a low capacity mag. you probably wouldn't think anything of it.
