  1. I've made a salvage title car to a rebuilt title, and you need receipts for all new/replacement parts and you will have to have it inspected. I had mine inspected in Jackson, OH.
  2. My current plan is to arrive around 5-6pm. Hopefully just hanging out at the resort for the rest of the evening.
  3. I was going to be running ram mounts for GPS and my phone, but have now condensed to just a phone with GPS app and a custom route for simplicity, and I didn't want to look like a command center going down the road.. I like to have my music, especially when slabbing.
  4. Today has been packing and route planning day. Thanks to @Tonik and his advice on Sygic and ITN Converter. I got my route all ready to go. Thursday morning cannot get here soon enough.
  5. I have been happy with Windows 10. Especially after I got rid of Cortona and the useless tiles.
  6. Well at a last minute strike of luck, I am going to be able to make it this year. I will be leaving SEO early Thursday Morning and riding all the way down. Staying in the lodge. If anyone wants to ride down with me, they are welcome to.

Yes, we are working the details out now. Thanks everyone.

    Gap bed thread

Just to be sure, there are no open spots, right?
  9. This sums up about every organized ride in my area. Sad, but true.
  10. There is no comparison triple nickel to Deals Gap. I still like the southern part of 555, which has good pavement, but the rest needs paved. Even if paved, you are still plagued with driveways, blind hills, and crap all over the road.
  11. Well yeah I am not a fan of any CVT stuff.
  12. My buddy's mom had a new Odyssey. He drove it while is car was broke down. I'd say it is the nicest van I've seen. Heck it has a built in cooler.
  13. Just changed my front tire 2 nights ago. 5k miles and it was shot.
  14. Two Brothers Exhaust for a 2014 FJR1300 Thanks!
  15. How does looking for a fork spring upgrade escalate to considering all new cartridges with custom valving? This is looking like an expensive upgrade. Why can't I be happy with mediocre suspension?
  16. So this has been a project my dad and I have been working on. It is a restored Kompact Kamp Motorcycle Trailer. This trailer has brand new hubs, brand new bearings, brand new seals, brand new wheels/tires, and brand new 5 pin connector and wire loom. The frame, axle, and jack have all been sanded and painted. It is ready to haul way too much of your junk with you on the motorcycle $1000 More pics in the craigslist ad. http://columbus.craigslist.org/mcy/5604516201.html
  17. THIS. This is why i got rid of mine. The fear of the ABS unit failing and costing an ungodly amount of money to fix. Also known for transmission seals trashing the clutch (Mine was replaced when I bought it).
  18. That's about what I paid for my K1200RS, non-police, same mileage.
  19. I got to work on some fine Italian engineering tonight. Definitely different than most bikes I have worked on.
  20. +1 on 377, one of my favorite sections. Chesterhill to Ringgold is the section I really hope they repave this summer.
  21. I had nothing but problems with GoPro Studio. It kept locking up. I am using Premiere CS5 now.
  22. 555 is definitely not in perfect shape, but there are several goods roads going through Chesterhill.
  23. Don't knock it til you try it. One day of riding one and your back and shoulders will be sold.
  24. For those who wondered what 83 on the southern end looked like, here is Shoop and I's ride up from Beverly on 83.
