I wasn't close to him or anything, but it still sucks to hear such a young guy lose his life like that. I wish i knew more details on what happened.

Just found out a guy a went to high school with was killed in a motorcycle accident on 550. 21 or 22 years old, hit a car head on.

I used to wear one back when I rode dirt bikes, so i just bought a new bladder for $9 and figured i would give it a try.

Just picked up a new compact laptop and Camelbak for my Gap Trip. Haven't bought a laptop in 7 years, I forgot about how much bloatware they have.

I am posting this for a friend of mine. He bought this bike as his first motorcycle. He has given up on riding. The bike has just over 500 miles on it, never dropped. Has frame sliders. Yeah, its definitely more comfortable the lean on than my old Cortech bag. It uses the Givi Tanklock system.

Yeah the gen 2 fairings were a bit of a hassle. Gen 3 fairings no longer have this issue. I went from a BMW k-bike to the FJR so it feels nimble to me.

For what Sport Touring bikes are designed for, they all do it really well. That's what makes it so hard to choose between them. I do find it odd the Honda ST has no love in the major reviews.

Of course I am bias, but the FJR is a great bike. It is my first motorcycle that if i totaled today, I would go buy another.
