I've been doing a new rep set where I start off with a decent amount of weight 8-10 reps, work my way up to highest weight through the next 2 sets of 8-10 reps, then finish off with 2 sets of 15-20 in low weight as a burnout. The burn is crazy.

Set a new treadmill record last night. Did 3.1 miles in 28:33.

So I just got a new leather suit, but I am in need of a back protector. My suit is an IXS, so I dont see any of their brand back protectors that would fit in the suit. What is everyone using?

Another step in the right direction. I bought myself a new one piece leather suit today. So nice to find an off the shelf size fit. I also set a new record for a 5k on the treadmill.

I just rolled in the parking lot. Tried to waste time at iron pony, but it hurts my wallet.

I've seen alot of useless bikes, but this one is pretty close to the top. Hardly any suspension travel available, bars don't look like they will have much steering, and it probably holds 2.5 gallons of gas. That rear wheel would look good on a hot rod pickup though...
