I agree with Casper on this one given the tight timeframe. Somehow I don't think that this is a new concept to MT but for what it's worth I bought some Fox padded racing shorts. The seat on my FZ-07 hurt on longer rides. With the padded shorts I could ride for hours without pain. The only negative is that when you are off of the bike you feel like you are wearing a diaper. I didn't want to spend money on a seat upgrade because deep down I knew that I wouldn't keep the bike.

My two cents? My Colt and Armalite have been flawless. Stay away from the bottom feeder brand and you'll be fine. If I were going to buy another I'd get a Colt 6920. AR discussions are like arguing about pizza. People have strong opinions. Now that I have warned you check out www.ar15.com

The Yammy and I never really bonded. So far I really like this Suzuki. If I can get the clutch lever adjusted I'll be a happy camper. That's my only complaint about the bike so far. It feels like the spring for the lever isn't strong enough. There's a little bit of slop when I release the lever. I find myself tapping it with my finger to get it to fully retract. It doesn't really affect anything. Just bugs me.

I had a good time. I rode the Diavel Carbon which I really like. Not sure that I like it at $18,000 but it was nice. Caught up with @ScubaCinci for a bit. The highlight of the trip was the senior gentlemen in a Harley Davidson jacket. At every stop, he was revving the shit out of the 959. After the ride he was all smiles. I told his wife that she needed to give him the checkbook. She told me that if he did he would need to write a check for an apartment.

Anybody at IP this morning? I decided to pass on the AMA because my 13 year old son is being a Pain in the ass. Didn't want to spend the $$$ to get in and have him bitch the whole time. Going to take a ride and check out the Spaghetti bikes.

Derek puts a shit ton of effort into the yearly ride. I don't think anybody in their right mind would expect a 2nd of the same caliber. That being said I like the idea of an informal fall ride.

I didn't notice it on the way home today but I'm coming from a FZ-07. If you are used to a wind screen it might be annoying. I think that I ran it up to about 80 between the shop and the office. The rest of the way home was back roads.

Picked up the new ride this afternoon. So far I really like it. I can't wait to get some break in miles on it so that I can give it hell. Felt good on the ride home. When I got home my wife took one look at it and said "How old are we?" LOL. She didn't complain when I took her for a spin around the hood though.

Which day are going Scuba? I'm jugging time between the demo, AMA and the Good Guys show.
