Why is it the govt's fault the people are working in unskilled labor? This is a job not a career and starting a family they can't support by choice makes them more needy. I worked those jobs, had no dependents and shared apartments with roommates and got no welfare. In high school, living at home, earning minimum wage I worked 2 days a week at a grocery and one days pay every week went to union dues.
