Yep! I'll be there if anyone is planning to attend. I'll try and get some video this time......was to busy racing before.

I've got right at 1/2 acre now so I'd rather have close to 5 when I get serious to buy land. I'm willing to spend a bit more than that just want to find a great area with great schools and future development...

I prefer it to be in a neighborhood with some zoning and restrictions because I don't want neighbors with crap/junk laying around. Not to mention I don't want someone building a chicken farm or some other garbage close by. Next time we are in town, I'll spend some time driving through those areas and have a closer look.

Thank you for that info, it is very helpful. I'm not a fan of the houses you posted but that is the type of property/acreage we would be looking for . I would like something a lot newer so we may just end up buying some land and building the home we want. Not to mention I would want to have room for a shop/separate garage for my toys. :thumbup:

Could you give some neighborhood names or a local search function? Most of the real-estate sites I've googled aren't that great... Any others you recommend? I was hoping to keep a 30-min drive but if I can get a lot more for a few more minutes it would be worth the look. I drive 33-miles 1-way now and average about 32-minutes so I didn't want to go much longer than that if I didn't have to. I've got coworkers that have driven an hour for 20-years+, screw that...

Pics would be great.... Not to mention most cars don't have enough anchor points for 3 across unless you are doubling them up...

Are those HUD homes only? No to what? What would you recommend?

Can you post pics of this? I don't know what car seats/booster you use but I don't see it. Even if you can get them in side-by-side (which I don't think you can), the driver/passenger better be short or you have minimal seat adjustment if any. We use the Recaro's and there is NO WAY...

Hate to say it but you aren't fitting 3 car seats across in any of those. You need to be looking at something a lot bigger or an SUV. I would suggest a Honda Pilot or something with three rows. How big/old are your kids?

I really don't know much about the area or market in Columbus. How is New Albany/Johnstown/Alexandria and what are the benefits? How are the schools? How is HWY-161 and 62 for traffic (during the winter)? Blacklick appears to be right under the finals for the runways so I'd rather not live that close to the airport traffic/noise.

Either! Community with 1 - 4 acre lots would be great but land might be an option if I don't find what I'm looking for.
