  1. Thanks for the pics, Jeff. Mike and Luthor at Mike Ward Racing did amazing work and an awesome job on my cage. I'm really pleased with the way it turned out. I asked to keep my speakers and t-top holder, and they worked right around them. It's also welded down at 10-points within the car, and all I really lost was my CD changer and seat belts (although I needed harnesses anyways). Very big props to them. I'm happy.
  2. Now that I have a cage and such, I may look into doing this next year. I'll still need a list of things to go fast, though.
  3. May of this year celebrated a decade of owning my car. The longest I've owned anything else is about three years.
  4. I'm conspiring with it :gabe:
  5. I'd like to see how much the car weighs now with the cage.
  6. At this point, we need 20 more people to sign up or we'll be unable to have this.
  7. I stopped by today to see the progress, and I'm amazed at the quality of work and creativeness that Mike came up with as to keep my factory interior intact (speakers, t-top holders, etc). Hell, my ass can even get in and out with little difficulty. I'm sold
  8. We all appreciate it. Now I need to find those Beetle pics...
  9. It's uses FM modulation, so I'm not sure about the steering wheel controls. It does have a remote, though.
  10. I have someone that could have done better. Did you call him?
  11. They will, I have them in the Firebird. Same, exact ones.
  12. I have made many ventures into my fuel system through my access panel. Definitely a must.
