Im sure each will post but until then -- 1) Dr Z06s car is inside my shop and hes in Myrtle Beach (he was deathly afraid and had to flee the state ) 2) Sams car just got a cam a couple days prior and is waiting on his tuning software to arrive (car wont really go above 2500rpms) and is no was no where close to race-ready last night. 3) Linns clutch is beyond dead but he was still willing to race all night long (and did run atleast 2 or 3 cars that i saw). 4) I was out but car needs to have the tank dropped and cleaned out. No idea what crawled up in it and died but a new fuel filter gives me about 1/2 hr of clean pulls on boost and then it starts getting leaner and leaner and leaner. Car runs 14.0s on boost so i didnt figure theyd want to run it n/a Oh, and aside from the Cobra possibly beating the Viper once (just heresay so dont quote me) who else got beat?

Go up to True2Form @ Shier Rings (Dublin). They only have 2 painters and they are both very very good. Greg (one of the 2) painted the VPs new 911 when it was hit and he had virtually 100 different painters to choose from (throughout all the 47 stores). Lotsa good body guys as well. Chris Harris is the manager but just ask for Mark and he'll get you taken care of. Jeff

I think they look cool. Taurus engine is gay. Only "real world" experience ive ever seen was 2 years ago at Midohio -- it was the only car of more than 100 that couldnt make it 2 laps around the track for "parade" laps without breaking. Wayyyyy too much money for a kit car imo...

Got a customer interested in supercharger/turbo/nitrous on a 98 V6 Mootang and im in the middle of 100 other things so i figured id see who around here (MJxxxx comes to mind) has done anything successfully to one. For example: What kits have been proven to make xxx gains or run xxx or which are quality, relatively easy to install and which you have to pretty much fab everything yourself. Yada yada... That race was actually vs Howard (if youre talking about the dig race) since i dont think ive ever ran Hua. I was *almost* as bad as Linn once-upon a time ago, but that was when i was young and crazy smile.gif That being said i think the VR4 made it in a few vids last year and i roll-raced quite a few cars once the ignition issues were resolved. I "pussed" out of racing Mike L last summer because the car was breaking up bad under any real boost and Ricky pulled me on the way out so i told him i didnt want to waste his time. It was out of respect for how quick his car was and not because i dont like racing or "wont race". Just like this year no matter how fast my car gets id never race Mario because there is no point wasting each others time. Anyway, ill look you up once shes all back together and see what happens

I dont have a single employee thats posted in this thread. I have a couple friends that come down to the shop and help out every once in awhile or just swing by to BS but no one that actually works here. Oh, youre getting info from the DSM crowd huh? LOL. I should have guessed. Ill be more than happy to race you or anyone else when shes back together. The ignition problems have LONGGGGG since been taken care of and it pulls nicely past 25psi now smile.gif Stock igntion + Old Clutch = 14 second car

This is my last reply in this thread because only teachers correct someone as many times as ive had to within the past hour and im not getting paid to make you less ignorant. FACT: My car ran every single day of last season. First day of spring til the last day of fall. The clutch has been an absolute nightmare for the past 2 years and its not fun to drive so it was only out weeekends and a few trips to Dayton. Never once drove it around "just because". FACT: My car has been sitting so far this spring waiting on nothing but Valve-springs and a new clutch just because i hate the existing one. FACT: Assuming i had every single part here to get the car on the road today its still like 12th in line and customer cars come first.
