You don't really need a big, nasty dog for a guard dog. A barking dog attracts unwanted attention. It really doesn't matter how big or small the dog, if someone is breaking into your house, he/she will let you know... smile.gif

No offense, but I don't run any .EXE's on my PC without knowing what the hell they are and where they came from. graemlins/nonono.gif You might want to check for Spyware or the like on your PC after installing that... graemlins/thumb.gif

Yes, it's fake. That is a parody site. Too good to be true, a Chihuahua being a rat...

I think it's a joke. I used Google News and found similar articles, but nothing about Chihuahuas. Anybody confirm that it's a joke?

Agreed. I only use K-Lite for older MP3's, not anything new. It's nearly impossible to find anything new out there that's not corrupt... graemlins/thumbsdown.gif

You couldn't be more wrong about Zaino. Zaino has basically 2 products. One polish that fills in swirl marks and one that's basically just the polish, but you can use either and it will polish your car. NXT might be two weeks of protection while Zaino is proven months/years of protection, depending on how many coats you have applied. And that $80 buys a lot of stuff. I'm still on the original polish bottles I bought 3 years ago! The only thing I've had to order is more car wash and some gloss enhancer. I've got anywhere between 30 - 50 coats of Zaino polish on my Formula and it looks amazing. While white is hard to see swirl marks, you can see them if you get down and let the light hit the car right. My car has no swirl marks. I've been told it glows it's so white. When I do get caught in the rain and get dirt/road crap on the car, a simple wash and it comes right off. People think Zaino takes so much effort, but it really doesn't. The only thing that's hard is the first time you use it. You have to do exactly what it says. Set aside anywhere between 4 - 8 hours to do it right. Most of that is washing the car (once with Dawn/Joy to get the current polish off of the car and then with the Zaino car wash) and using the claybar to get the dirt/spots/tar off of your car that the washing couldn't get off. After that, you just put polish on, let it dry, and take it off with a 100% cotton towel. You also have to spend the money on the right towels, otherwise what you use to dry your car off can be adding more swirl marks to it. Hell, unlike wax, you can do it in direct sunlight. I hardly ever polish my car anymore, it's got so much polish on it. Just a wash, slight touch up with the claybar, and some gloss enhancer to really bring out the shine. I'm sure there is nothing wrong with NXT, but it's not even in the same ballpark as Zaino. This stuff goes up against anything on the market and wins everytime. Even both of the detailers that I know of on this site (AudiOn19's and Shawn) use Zaino. No offense, but something that offers two weeks of protection doesn't even come close to the protection that Zaino does... graemlins/thumb.gif

Regardless of it being true or not, I think more people should serve in the military. Give them a greater appreciation for their country, what they have, and why they have it so good. graemlins/thumb.gif I already did my time, active duty in the Air Force. God bless the USA, greatest country on Earth... smile.gif

My daughter got on my PC the other day and did God knows what. I had popups and a host of other things going on. I tried AdAware, then SpyBot, and I still had problems. Then I went to www.download.com and downloaded Bazooka Adware and Spyware Scanner 1.12. It won't remove the spyware, but it does find everything that's still on your PC. If you click on what it finds, it will take you to a web page that tells you how to manually remove it. 2 hours later, after messing with registry entries, I was completely spyware free and back to normal. graemlins/thumb.gif So if either of those don't work 100%, try Bazooka and do it manually like I did. Good luck...

Check out that Reserve Price, that's been met! I'm kinda surprised the price is so high without more verbal documentation and explanation about the car. Regardless, that is amazing...

The whole point of the other thread he is referring to here is "What can I do to make my daily driver faster". Key point is "daily driver". Call me crazy, but I'm not doing an engine swap into a car for a daily driver. If you are young, in high school/college/whatever, 99% of the those people don't have the time/money/resources to plunk into a daily driver. They need it reliable and probably good on gas. Yes, there are exceptions and many of you probably have a car like this as a daily driver, but it's not the norm and it sure wouldn't be my idea of a good thing. smile.gif My response in the original thread of "Sell it, save your money for a performance car" is what I would do. Why? Well, the whole daily driver thing for one. As I've said before, I drove shit cars in high school and part of college. Work hard, pay your dues, get a good paying job, then go nuts with the performance cars. I honestly just can't see spending money on a car that's not a performance car to begin with, especially at that age and cash flow. But that is my opinion. This subject has been beat to death on this site many, many times. Ususally ever couple months someone brings it up. People seem to forget that most everything that is said here is opinion. You have to have thick skin and get over what someone else thinks/says. I would never consider modding a Honda. Why? It's not my thing and I have the resources to mod other vehicles more worthy (in my opinion, of course) of modding for performance. Hence my 1989 Dodge Colt will always remain stock and great little commuter car. That doesn't mean you can't mod your FWD economy car. The title of the thread says it all... graemlins/thumb.gif

And this Mach 1 only ran a 13.8 @ 101. Probably because it was built in "the states"...
