  1. Nah, in good shape, with stand, at 65" (that is key, being that big), I let the guy know that $350 would be a reasonable price to get for that TV. I suggested asking $450 and letting the price negotiate down to $350. Anything 52" and lower is basically worthless at that point, as that was the common sizes sold. A slight price premium can be had for 55"+ due to the large size and less selection out there. But the price has to be significantly lower than the DLP / LCD rear projection TV's of similar size. Hell, last Thanksgiving I bought my 2 month old (as in manufactured 2 months prior) 73" DLP w/ stand for $1000. Good deal, yes, but nothing too outrageous IMO.
  2. Yes. $125 is crazy cheap for that car. Go to Vegas, probably the easiest place in the country to rent a sports car. It's a lot more just to rent a standard C6. I spent way more than that just renting a Lotus Elise.
  3. Yes, I told him kindly/professionally what the actual market price for that TV was. His response back to me was quite classy.
  4. That's in BFE right there!
  5. I'd take the car cheap and fix it...car could be fixed without too much investment.
  6. I have both of their albums...some of it is decent/good, some of it is ehhh, and a few songs just plain suck.
  7. Exactly. It's like buying my dog a diamond studded collar. Waste of money.
  8. - Location, location, location. It is too far out for most people, and not in a growing area. - Land setup isn't real great. - Auditor site has an assessed value of 211k. Now this can be low/high/right on. Previous owner paid 245k. - Taxes are cheap. - 2480 square feet...likely a misprint on the listing agent's part. That doesn't look like a 3500 sq/ft house.

    Windows 7

http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/5268148/Windows_7_Ultimate(32__amp__64_bit)_Self_Activation_-_Jz No activating, no entering a Key, nothing. Simply burn the ISO to DVD, and choose which version you want to install when prompted. Doesn't get easier than that.

I just installed a pre-activated 2 nights ago. All is well. These aren't hard to find at all. 64 bit Ultimate. All Windows Updates installed.
  11. IMO side exhausts just don't sound as good. Sound from each cylinder bank is too seperated. I mean, they still sound good, just not as good.
  12. You need to get your priorities in check. $70 for a 3-year old shoes is just plain stupid.
  13. How much drug money did it take to build those?
  14. Why? You can't multi-task or do many things a laptop (Apple or PC) can do.
  15. Good price - cheapest Buy It Now on E-bay is $130 shipped. Even the 1200 is $130 @ BB.
  16. I bought a Logitech open box 5.1 surround set of PC speakers a couple years ago for ~$40ish shipped. Sounds good, and I got surround sound for the computer cheap. Just check E-bay.
  17. iPad is a joke. Oversize iTouch, or with the 3G, it's an oversize iPhone that you can't make phone calls with. Tablet PC's have been around for years, and are far more functional. Or if you need small, get a Netbook. Hell, Apple sells small laptops that are a far better value than having an iPad.
  18. Switch to WOW. Our boxes take about 1/5th the time to boot as a Time Warner box, and the software if far more reliable.
  19. If it makes you feel any better, most of those are common problems for GC's. I am guessing you feel no better.
  20. I've had minor ringing in my ears for years. I only notice it when it is really quiet. If I'm feeling really sick, it will be louder. I've had a cough for over a week now...pretty bad one too. Uber runny nose too. Freaking sucks.
  21. Just did laminate in my Reynoldsburg house. Got it as clearance laminate at Levi's. .95 sq/ft (including underlayment), and he knocked off 5% because I paid cash. It looks FAR better than anything Lumber Liquidators, Lowes, Home Depot, etc. had for $2 a sq/ft. It isn't all that hard if you take your time; a table saw and a jig saw make it a lot easier. I don't agree with the 3/4" away from the wall (too much)...1/4" to 1/2" seems perfectly fine - I even let the house temp vary a LOT without any issue. We even had some really long runs (ran length of the house), and it worked out perfectly. BTW, water + real wood = bad combo too. Our condo had real wood, and it warped badly in the kitchen.
  22. 05-06. Big improvement over the 04, and IMO the GTO would have sold better if they had started with the 05.
