The fact that the video on Laserdisc was analog (audio could be analog or digital) made a recordable Laserdisc harder to accomplish.

Very simple. You sell the home, and after all of the fee's (and it's a lot, 3% to your agent, 3% to buyers agent, property taxes in arrears (I know I spelled that wrong), warranty as the buyer ALWAYS wants that, standard closing fees) you take what is left. If what is left is more than the balance of the mortgage, you get that cash. If it is less, then YOU have to bring that cash to closing to make up the difference. I just got a low-ball offer on my Reynoldsburg house, but I would have had to bring 10k to the table (there is nothing in Reynoldsburg on the market with 3 bed / 2 bath / 2 car garage for what they offered). I'm not an Apple fan, and they are overpriced, but most of their products I see there is a point to owning, even if I think there are far better bang for the buck alternatives. But the iPad doesn't make sense to me at any price. It's an oversized iPhone you can't call on (or an oversized iTouch if you get that model). You can't do multiple applications like a laptop. I really just don't get it. Tablet PC's have been out for years and been a massive flop - for a reason.

It's a cool car, but at 183k, I can think of several other cars I'd much rather have. R8 V10 with many thousands left over Gallardo LP560-4 for a few thousand more Ferrari California for a couple thousand more Porsche 911 GT2 for similar money

Why would you want an iPad? You have an iPhone...it's just an oversized iPhone. Why not get a Netbook and be able to do so much more for the size? Besides, don't you already have a Macbook Air?

Last evening when leaving the Powell Kroger, within about 1/4 mile, I saw a Lamborghini Galardo Roadster, 2000-ish Acura NSX, 1st Gen Viper GTS, and an Audi R8. Nice night to be driving. No camera with me.
