  1. I've been racing along side James for a few years now and he is a stand up guy. Try and find some where to press in new bearings into a transmission, late on a saturday night for $20!. 3am on a friday night, your bottle is empty, who ya gonna call? People have a lot to learn, that's all.

This motor was supposedly made official (in house only) just in the last few days. Transmissions: 6 speed manuals standard with a heavy duty 5 speed auto (the tranny used on the Ford Superduty but programmed/geared differently) as an option in late '07 or the '08 M/Y Suspensions: A re-engineered, heavy duty IRS will be an option with a modified 3 link/panhard bar-live axle setup as the standard rear axle. SVT will be going for the Road Race buyer as well as the straight line racer with both axles optional. However, the Axle options are not set in stone as of the moment but look highly likely to be approved. The Cobra will be lowered about 1.5" from a stock GT. Bodywork: The retro theme will continue with a serious nod to the '67 Shelby. The fenders may be flared more than the standard '05 but that is not for certain as of now. The ducktail will be factory installed. Also, no convertible is planned for now but no reason was given other than concerns over chassis reliability due to the torque volume. More rumors spreading around about this.

  6. a signature is not always required. You need to call ups and see if you has signature waiver on file. If no waiver was on file, then UPS is liable for the package.

  14. Z06 better quality? That's hard to swallow. I say Cobra if you plan on racing it and modding it (which I know you will). Ford events make Chevy events look stupid, you've got FFW and NMRA. If you're looking for something to "pimp" and some occasional track time then I would go with the Z06 hands down.

  16. The windows themselves may be OK. It may be the way they were installed, not sealed properly, or the walls are not as effiecent as the windows and the difference in Temp between the walls and windows is causing the moisture.

  18. I wish I had the answers to these questions, and they're good questions no doubt. This is a potential "investment" property aand I just wanted to get an idea of what interest people would take to it. The area? Well I guess it would be considered the "bottoms", it is right next to a park. The neighbors I know nothing about. It does not have a garage. Parking is in the rear, it would be like parking in your backyard. Deposit would be 1 months rent. If this isn't what you want, let me know what is, what area, bedrooms, garage etc....
