  1. I had forgotten all about those. I haven't seen any of them since I was 12 probably. I'll have to see if Netflix has it or find it online.
  2. If I wasn't in the middle of so many projects on the car already I might have taken you up on this. I just don't have the cash to get new wheels and other parts I'd want (front brakes while I'm at it).
  3. Exactly what I was going for but it's not in the future. I'd bet the Universal Soldier guess is right.
  4. Sparkly gay vampires is what sells these days, I guess. It's our own fault (as a society, not me :dumb:)
  5. Leave it to Mustang folks to bring down the property value... :gabe:
  6. Bump. I have a Realtor now who has proven to be nearly worthless, as has been my experience with all of them so far. Now that I have to pay him I'm only willing to sell for around 135K which is still quite a bit less than I paid for it and I've made plenty of upgrades/updates. The driveway approach was just redone so that it's lowered car accessible. Lots of room in the garage to work on busted Mustangs and such.
  7. I remember watching that back in the day too (in syndication anyway). I think it was on around the same time they played The A Team, which is also difficult to watch now. Soooo campy.
  8. I know a guy selling a nice 3BR in Delaware that just dropped $5k. Just saying. :gabe:
  9. All of the "great" movies seem to be timeless. I'm just surprised that there are so many new movies I thought were pretty good in high school, for instance, that I can barely watch now (ie. many Steven Seagal and VanDamme movies of that era).
  10. You're welcome. It's supposed to be a nostalgia thread, not a literary masterpiece. I did expect at least one CoolStoryBro though, so well done. :dumb:
  11. http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-MoZvQ0QXN7k/TeWKXW0nW0I/AAAAAAAAAEI/XkwxMR7e9sI/s1600/Shark+Bait+Hoo+Ha+Ha.jpg
  12. Turbo. Best bang for the buck. :gabe:
  13. Thought about going for once because the car has been running quite well, but when I swapped injectors I discovered a previously cracked and poorly repaired corner on my upper plenum. Tried to be careful but broke it off again. Maybe in a couple of weeks... :fa:
  14. The terrible plot and zany antics, let alone the showcasing of "future" 1990's era technology makes me sad. I remember thinking they did a good job for a sequel when it was new. I'll never watch the first one again for fear of warping my mind. It's almost as bad as watching MacGyver today. Anyway, NotBrian touched on this topic in another thread (not about this movie specifically), and he was totally right.
  15. When I flew back from Orlando a while back I was 1:45 early and just barely made it on the plane even though I was in group A (Southwest). Everyone was a noob at TSA security apparently. A girl in front of me asked me if I thought her giant bottle of non-descript liquids would be okay... It definitely depends on the airport. CMH going out has always been easy and quick for me, but some of the larger airports are a fucking zoo. Just check the airline's website the day before and they can usually give you a good idea of how early to be.
  16. Also, Mustang Coupes are gay...:gabe: Seriously, nice. What kinda power did it put down?
  17. Embeds require only the video id portion of the link. Click quote on my post to see what you need to do.
  18. Thanks Hal. :gabe: Current Jimmies Status: Semi-Rustled
  19. So who left me the following bullshit semi-threatening neg rep comment? I don't see anything out of line with my post at all (quoted above). In fact I don't think I said anything out of line in any of my posts, especially for the kitchen.
  20. As I suspected, 2 of my EV6 injectors won't clear my Fox intake because of the added height from the Ford Racing adapters. I just need a couple of pigtails - the clip itself and maybe 3-4 inches of harness and I'm good.
  21. It's a very commonly held belief that all SBCs automatically need a 750+CFM carb. That's WAY too big for an engine this size with a mild cam. Vacuum secondaries will only bandaid the fact that it's too big and the secondaries likely will never open until a very high RPM (if at all) and it will be harder to tune. You're better off to be a little on the small side with a carbed street car than to be oversized. I'd go no larger than a 600 but probably wouldn't even bother changing it unless you make other changes requiring more RPM (larger cam, better heads, etc.)
  22. Disconnect your fuel line and run it to a fuel jug, remove the fuel pump relay and "jumper" that circuit. Turn key on and let the fuel run out until your can is full. If you need to stop, just turn the key off until you have another can ready. I'm assuming your tank has one of those anti-siphon thingys on it, so just running a tube into the fuel filler to pump it out probably wont work.
  23. Reminder: Most indoor ranges require either buckshot or slugs to work with their bullet traps. So, if you're rolling in with boss loads like Doc has in the pic you're fine but don't grab a 100 pack of #6 shot on the way to save money because they'll tell you to f off. :fuuuu:
