Saw that too. My understanding of the rules is that you had to have stock internals, but power adders and drivetrain mods were allowed. The French-Canadian guys bottom end is about as stock as anyone on CR. High 8's on "low boost"... It has to be the words largest ticking time bomb if it actually is. I'm not sure that I buy it.

Those don't work very well when you're not home. They just become someone else's security system.

I think I have seen this abomination parked over off of Curtis, near the ReStore. Never noticed the air cleaner through the hood though. If it's the same car it's in front of a mechanic's shop, so maybe it's not completely half-assed... though that doesn't necessarily mean anything and it sure looks janky. I think the place is called Bauerle Automotive.

1. Rent a cabin (http://www.majesticmountainvacations.com/) 2. Go to the park. Waterfalls, Cades Cove, etc. 3. Eat at The Old Mill once. 4. Eat/Drink at a Smoky Mountain Brewery (the Pigeon Forge location is the nicest) and Calhoun's repeatedly. 5. Walk around Gatlinburg. Lots to do/see like the moonshine distillery. 6. ???? 7. Profit Also, Pigeon Forge is no longer dry. I believe it was at one time, as mentioned above. The Kroger on Wears Valley road is a good place to get provisions if you're staying in a cabin. It's close to most of the cabin rental offices and the prices are normal. They sell beer now too. EDIT: Dollywood is the gayest place you can visit while in PF.
