Well, have fun paying $500+ for the 60GB PS3. If you already have one, then great, this new one doesn't matter to you anyways (regardless of what capabilities it does or doesn't have). I've not jumped in yet, but I will because of this. I do have an HD DVD player and want to buy a Blu Ray player. Primarily to take advantage or getting Blu Ray disk via Net Flix (I will wait for media to drop some more before I buy). I'll buy the slim when it comes out or the current/old one when the slim comes out if I can find one cheaper (i.e. <$250). Decent Blu Ray players are still $200+ and I've been contemplating one, so I'll spend a little more and get the PS3 along with it.

I usually only buy tools there that I won't use very often and/or the quality of use isn't much different than the much more expensive products. I bought a nice set of mixed SAE/metric impact sockets there for a fraction of the price I would have even at sears and they are still indestructable for what I use them for. I wouldn't go buy my regular sockets there. I'd still go buy a nice set of regular tools (i.e. craftsman or one of the more expensive brands if you have $$$), but for most people, especially those that are just random use tools (like a flare crow foot) buy harbor freight. You can spend a few hundred and get a nice set of craftsman that has most of what you need and the pieces you will use most of the time, then get the random crap at harbor freight.

I'm going that route and I've never heard anything from this guy (Ramsey). It's just what I've decided to do for myself. I don't see why I should go 100k+ in debt when I still have 10k+ in debt (even if it's just student loans). That's just what I've decided for myself and isn't going to be right for everyone. In most situations a business can't compete without loans. Not when the same guy doing the same thing next door is willing to take out a loan to grow their business. I'm no business person or anything. I also don't think that you should be paying regular payroll off of a loan either. No wonder 'Doctor' Rick likes him.

I actually heard something about this on the radio earlier today, and granted this was from someone who works at the state liquor agency so take it with a grain of salt. But they said their uptick in $$$ wasn't from increased liquor volume but from an increase in price and people having a tendency to buy more expensive liquors. And we are a far cry from the height of liquor (in volume) sold in the 80's.

I have a program like that and it is free. It will give you a google maps based map inside of the program of where your car is and where you are right now. Press the directions button and it kicks you into the built in google maps 'program'. You don't have to 'look' anywhere, it's in the app store. I've paid for 2 apps. $.99 for a National parks map application (was out in the RMNP on Saturday, you can d/l any national park map). Then $5 for a gas/car maintenance tracker because I'm a dork about tracking stuff like this and this one spits out every piece of info you could possibly want (probably could have found something cheaper/free, but was already using the free version, went to get gas and the free version ran out).
