Ummm, how do you figure that? I think it's easy to argue engine mods=possibly more power=higher transmission fatigue. I know the burden of proof is on them, but it's easy to put the stock intake back on. Putting the stock intake back on=20 minutes and them not having another thing to try to deny his warranty over.

On a serious note, I don't think because some people have been repressed (or were repressed in the past) it's ok for anyone to do or say racist things, regardless of one's back ground. May do something like the Infinity Bass Link down the road if I really feel the itch and can fit it out of the way. I actually had a set up with all Infinity's back in the day, they were pretty nice. Can't remember which line. I listened to the newer Kapa's at BB the other day and did like them quite a bit. Yeah, I have an idea of what to steer away from, but thanks for the list. I was mostly looking for suggestions for specific speakers (i.e. Infinity Kapa's). Especially if it's known they can be found locally to listen to. But figured I would ask about the HU while I was at it. I remember listening to some Boston Acoustic speakers a long time ago at HH Greg that weren't component buy 2 way w/ an external crossover and really liked them. The few I've heard since they left me really unimpressed. I'm sure they make some good and some not so good speakers. You get what you pay for and most companies are going to have a low, mid and high end line, generally speaking. I've always thought they were a pretty good company overall, so I may have to try to find some to listen to again.

What brands to look at in general? Specific models of speakers? I'd really like to be able to find the speakers local so I can take a listen to them. Throw suggestions about head units if you want, but I'm really looking for info on speakers. Nothing crazy. I'm thinking 100-150/set of speakers, ~$150-200 for the head unit. They need to sound decent. Probably just doing speakers run off of the head unit. It's for a 2001 Sunfire, so 4x6 in the front and 6x9 in the rear if that makes any difference.

I was going to say the exact same thing. It's not even that hard to cover up, most speakers come with grills. The fact that the person is dumb enough to put that pic on their for sale page speaks worlds about them too. First post from the shitter on my new and personally first smart phone. :bangbang:

I don't know shit about these cars or their parts, but that's exactly what i was thinking. Headers, exhaust, intake. Maybe even think about some tires/rims, suspension, brake upgrades? Just talking in extreme generalities, but I really think that at first most people would be happier in the long run spending a reasonable amount here and there thank putting everything in go fast parts.

I don't know what happened to Ricky but I meet Ralf later that night. I think the crab I ate at Joe's Crab Shack made everything in my body turn bright green. I chucked up bright green stuff, it was the first thing that had came out of body between eating the crab, drinking and then. I was a little worried but too drunk to care so I went back to sleep. Woke up the next morning and shit a leprechaun out, everything made sense at that point. I've never seen a green that vibrant in my life before.

The keyless system in the new TL is fuckin sweet. 'Key' in your pocket, walk up to the car and it unlocks, keep it in your pocket, get in and start your car.

I've got an old moto V710, but the mic/speaker doesn't work well. You can use it with a bluetooth headset. Yours for free if you need it. I have an LG VX8700 you can have for pretty cheap when I get my IPhone. But that's pretty much LG's version of the RAZR, but not a giant POS. Nothing wrong with it, but polish/paint on the plastic has worn a little off from use since it's ~2 years old.
