I don't pray and I'm going to thank The Black Baby Jesus before I go to sleep tonight for that one.

Nope, that's my belief. As soon as one practices a belief on a regular basis that makes it religious. Time to go take a shit. You missed the point and are trying to argue semantics instead of points. I was obviously using an idiotic example out of left field (and to try to add some humor in), but that doesn't make the point any less valid. You also didn't address my main point which either tells me you don't know how to debate or don't have a valid argument against it. I'll assume the later for now. I'll put it in capital letters just so you get it this time. BEING PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY HANDICPAED IS NOTHING LIKE CHOSING A BELIEF OR RELIGON. I find it sickening that you would liken the two. DJ, if you don't think there is scientific grounds for the theory of evolution then you chose to say that some one would have a belief in evolution (one could say that about any 'theory'). BUT real scientists do not just pull theories out of mid air. For one they are theories to try to explain something that is really there. For two one should try to make the theory plausible, which evolution is. I don't see how it's possible to religiously practice the belief of evolution. It doesn't really make sense. Furthermore, to try to belittle someone for believing in a scientific theory when you yourself believe in things unseen is a little bit hypocritical don't you think? Also, who said anything about evolution? Stay on topic!!! : )~

People chose their religion and chose to believe. I'm pretty sure if you gave any handicapped person the person a choice whether they were handicapped or not they would chose to not be handicapped. It's kind of offensive to compare the two actually. I'm not saying kids shouldn't be allowed to pray in school; that would be pretty dumb. I'm just saying arguing that they (any religous person) need special privileges because we slightly cater to people who can't walk because of a birth defect or don't operate at the regular intelligence level because something in their brains isn't wired quite right is the most asinine argument ever. I don't think anyone should get special privileges in a public school setting because they chose to believe in something. Retards is to MH class is not like a religous person is to needing to leave class at special times to pray. I'm pretty sure that would be no different than if I would say I'm choosing to believe that I have to go take a shit every hour on the hour and put it in a plastic baggie and carry it around in my backpack all day. I need to save it, one day it will be the savior of humanity because science will find a cure to cancer in my shit. But I’m not sure which shit it’s going to be. I just had a vision that it's going to be one of my steamy piles. Then I would be expecting the school to cater to that belief and that would just be dumb.

Wow, just wow.

I think having up posters for meetings is fine because people will go to those meetings that want to. Having posters up about those meetings is nothing different from having poster up for thespian meetings or Spanish club, imho. BUT when a teacher puts religious posters up advocating what people from a certain political spectrum are doing that is definitely crossing the line. I went to a really good public high school and we talked all of the time about religion, politics, news and had a lot of good debates between the students. I can never once recall a teacher voicing their PERSONAL OPINION on any subject. They were always simply the mediators of the debates and would interject as the devils advocate if everyone agreed on the subject. It sounds a little wrong how they went about taking care of the situation, but that really doesn't effect how I feel this situation should end.

Yup, I've heard a few people talk about interval training but haven't looked into it that much. This seems to be part of the method that Bird69 is speaking about. My sister’s long day of the week is 10+miles. She's ran the Indy mini twice and she is paining on running the Columbus Marathon next month so I have some idea of what your long day might be like. I'm not sure I will ever be up to those distances or would even want to. I started running off and on a few months after ski season ended. I was really out of shape when ski season started and had some fat on my belly. I changed my diet and got into shape skiing. I just wanted to keep in the ok shape that I got into over the winter. Then my sister clouded my mind with ideas of running a sprint triathlon sometime this summer with her. With her running the Marathon it will probably not happen until the spring now, but that's ok because I am not ready yet. Other than the short triathlon and some 5k's and 5mi run's I have no real aspirations other than trying to stay in shape. So I have no real ideas of running anything very long at any point in the future as I'm trying to do this. I was actually talking with her and think I might do 5 days a week, taking off Wednesday or Thursday and Sunday. I'm thinking once I integrate swimming and biking I will do something six days a week, but only one thing a day so I will only be running two days a week, swimming two days a week and biking two days a week.

Thanks, I do what I can.

2.6mi straight in 23min today, improving by the day! Btw, my legs HATE me.
-
Thanks man, I really appreciate it. Honestly I'm about to move into a place within the next month, month and a half. I probably wouldn't be very happy anywhere other than Columbus so.... I will still definitely apply and see what happens. We can talk about it when you call. Where is the R&D facility located?

I only really come out occasionally on a random basis. If you are going to be out for sure one night call me and let me know. If I don't already have plans I will definitely come out and let you look at it. I normally wouldn't travel to sell a $5 item, but it would be an excuse to come hang out. Other wise you'll have to come over to the west side because I don't see a point in making a trip for a $5 item when gas cost $2.60/gal and my time is worth more than that. I'd personally rather sit on my ass and throw the thing away than drive across town to sell a $5 item, but I can assure you that if you have a face that works it's worth more than $5 (maybe like $7 but I've been drinking so....). Sorry, I meant to post this with the original post and just kind of forgot. Unfortunately no, the guy I bought it off of was the original owner and couldn't find the box which he probably stuck the high input harness in, nor do I have the manual which would probably show the pinouts. I personally would have never used it with that anyways so it wasn't a big deal at that point. I also would not suggest using it as your not going to see the full sonic potential of the amp. I'm a little bit nit-picky with stuff like that though so maybe it wouldn't bother you as much. Just a suggestion, if you have a head unit with pre-amps outputs, use them. It's definitely worth the extra time routing the cables. Also, I tired to search on Google and Ebay for any info on that harness and couldn't find any. Unfortunately since it is a few years old they don't make it anymore and info on it is sparse. My only other suggestion if you are still interested and the only way you can use it is with the high input is to directly contact Power Acoustik. I think there is a decent possibility that they still use they same style harness and you would be able to use a newer harness if you could find one. It's probably really a coin toss if they have changed it or not, just depends on how engineering is run in that company so I'd just contact them.

To Gear Smuck's review on the Lightning

I fucking hate watching videos on sites like that... so here ya go http://x600.putfile.com/videos/d9-22013175681.wmv -
Sooo... I actually timed myself on what I thought was my 2 mile run I have been doing and it's actually ~1.65mi (went out with the bike). Like I said, I'm bad at estimating distances. Ran it in 13:46. A little under a 9 minute mile. I don't think that's too bad for right now, if I could keep that pace for the 5k I'd run ~27min. I'd be pretty happy if I could do that next month. I was VERY consistent. There is a road a little over half way to the turn around point. On the way there I was at 3:46, at the turn around I was at 6:56 (3:08), at the 'middle' point on the way back I was at 9:56 (3:00) and at the end I was at 13:46 (3:50). So I ran each split within 10 seconds of each other. I've felt like I've been pretty consistent with my pace and I'm glad this is showing me that I am. Too bad that run isn't actually 2 miles. I actually walk to a path and start that run a ~.4mi from my house so I'll just have to start sooner. Worst thing was that I felt like I could have definitely ran much longer unlike yesterday. I felt better today before and after my run than yesterday. Oh well, today is my '2' mile run and I don't want to push myself too hard my first week of running 6 out of 7 days in a week. I'm going to try 3 again tomorrow. We'll see how that goes.

Shut the fuck up. No one cares what your half illiterate ass has to say about anything.

Haha, I didn't even notice that's where it was from. I just did a search one day for "Kill Yourself" via the google image engine to find a funny picture to make fun of someone on here. Found that and though it suited the situation pretty well. It's served me well since then too. Thank you Madoxx.

How To Remove Engine Wire Harness from 91 Escort???
Trouble Maker replied to CJINOHIO03's topic in Tech and Tips
I thought a lot of times they will just go through the firewall via a gromet straight to the ECU (if the ECU is inside of the cabin). -
I didn't catch that when I was reading it. Fuck if I know. I've heard some of the service intervals on exotics like that are ridiculous. Maybe something happened that shouldn't have. I didn't think valve guides were something people even put service intervals on though. Maybe the valve guides were not originally made out of SS and that's an 'upgrade'?? I only think that because if the stock valve guides were made out of that why mention it? Who knows? Doesn’t dispute the fact that I would rock the fuck out of that (and easily on a daily basis), unlike just about any other Ferrari. Hell, I know it's an outlier, even in terms of Ferrari’s, but look at the mileage on all of those Enzo's posted. All but 1 has barely been driven, and that 1 barely has enough miles to start having fun in it. Just like whenever someone post a collector car on here, I just get a big 'WHY?' popping into my head if you're not going to drive it.

Why would training for running a distance that I can do right now help me that much? Here pretty soon I'm going to be very time limited and will only be running when I can. I'll still run six days a week. It's just what time of day I run will be completely dependent on my schedule. Anyways, regardless of how much it would help, I don't think I'd want to do that. Maybe going and socializing with kids in middle school (the worst age for kids in school imho) and older teachers is your idea of a good time, but it's not mine. Maybe I should find some people or a group of people around here my age to run with. I'm still going to run into the time issue.

http://www.epinions.com/pr-Pioneer_DEH-230_In-Dash_CD_Player/display_~full_specs Site says it had super tuner III. The face looks right from what I remember (haven't had the face in over two years). Found some other sites that pretty much said the same thing about the details on it. I only specifically remember it being a Super tuner something, can't remember the #.

I can usually do two miles, that's what I've been doing, but I'm at a wall there.
-
That's becuase you're old. You need to swim with me whenever I start. I hear it's good for the joints, like those hips. Wouldn't want to break one. I notice no one else is posting shitty times like me. Just people with good times posting. Lol. Just finished. Hit the wall again. Ran about a mile and a half. Knew I wouldn't be able to finish it so I walked about a half and ran the rest. Took 34 minutes... I won't run that route again though. Lots of traffic and some spots where you can't really get off of the side of the road. Not too safe and I hate running in the gravel.

Haha, that's pretty much what I said. "I don't think I'm pushing myself hard enough". Shane pretty much said the same thing, but alternating long and short days. I don't think running that long days back to back is a good thing (just like Shane said). Dude, I know your just messing with me hence the Tonya Harding comment. You still have a good two minutes to shave off to be winning any 5k's around here. ; ) I'm going to work on my cardio via running first and then partially transition over into bikes when I get one (which is whenver I get a good paying job again) and swiming. I'll still run, just obviously not as much. I think so far you've conditioned more and better in the running department than I have. I don't think you should have any kind of problem with that goal. In fact I think you might surprise yourself. I don't see how I could have run it in over that if I had been able to finish running it. The last turn was at 4th and Nationwide heading towards the arena down Nationwide and I stopped running there. It ended in front of Frog Bear and Wild Boar (next to the arena) and I ran about the last block, just to give you an idea of how much of it I walked. Also, I walk SLOW for the first few blocks when I get done running. But it's better to be surprised about what you can run on your first run than disappointed. I just got done checking the distance on a bunch of routes around my house with my car since I'm horrible at telling distances when running. Found a good 3 mile loop that I'm about to run. I won't let myself stop this time.
