I have no idea for PT on that side of town. I've just had surgeries over there. If you work at the hospital, talk with the therapists there for suggestions. I know that Ortho 1, formerly Cardinal, on Taylor basically across the street from MCE, has PT there as that is where a couple of my surgeons offices are.

Kenny rd is the place to go. Plenty of stores have stepped up big time with craft beer selections, but Kenny rd is still the best. They had locations in Toledo too.....I blame Toledo, aka Michigan South.

I'm ready to try the ceramics everyone is loving. Soon enough. The only problem I have is that my right arm is permantly f'd up and there is no way that I can physically do all that is necessary to get the correct finish. Anything that vibrates, insert joke here, just kills my nerves for a few days and the arm is useless. Fun times.

Just had L4-S1 fused on December 15th. I went through multiple pt attempts, multiple epidural steroid injections, had the L4-L5 disc trimmed, and after all of that ended up getting it fused as nothing else worked. So far I'm doing well. It's not the most comfortable surgery, but it was my only option at pain relief. I'm 35 and didn't really want this, but I couldn't function anymore. I was in a bad car accident in July of '15 which caused my issues.

They have what, 4 in 8 seasons? Could have easily had the 5th tonight. No reason to be down on how they played. Hats off to "your" team. Seriously. They were a very good team no doubt about it. One other thought. I wonder how badly Bama's D would have shit on us this year....wow. Here's to hoping we get a Bama OSU title game next year.

I really liked the tackle of the linebacker to seal the td run. Bama is good boys. Have been all year. Clemson is probably the only team that has a chance to give them a game with their offense. We shall see. Oh, and Bama actually has an O-line unlike us this year.

I had some issues with my tires holding air and Derek was able to get me in today and I was in and out within an hour. They were slammed too. Have to love it. I won't be getting tires anywhere else, unless he leaves best one anytime soon. A+ as usual.

Sucks to see him go, but his stock should be decent with his speed and the numbers he put up. He did give us a play to remember for a lifetime against that team up north.
