  1. If you don't let them see it, it will fuck the seller who has already refunded your money. Don't be that guy.
  2. They didn't buy it to let it flounder. The track has a rich history, but has fallen off recently. If they make improvements and bring back big time racing things should pick up. Food prices alone are enough to make you want to puke.
  3. I guess working in the industry "might" give you some inside info...."might"
  4. Other than the fact that she is crazy, our lab from pet promise has been great. I'm just glad that there are people out there doing things like they do.
  5. They only do 60' worth of prep for Friday test and tune for christ sake. The track is what it has become due to the way it has been run for the last 10 or so years. I first went there about 16 years ago on basically every Wednesday and Friday to race. It was ALWAYS busy. A slow day back then was busier than the busy days now. The economy going to shit around '08 didn't help matters either. A lot of people had to sell off their toys to pay the bills and it seems that a lot of those people haven't really made it back to racing. A fresh face, so to speak, could really do wonders for the track and it's fading reputation. I still enjoy going to the track, but almost every time I go on a Friday they close 30 minutes early because they have to get up early on Saturday for an event. Those are workers words not mine. What kind of bullshit is that? When it's 85 during the day, the last hour or so is usually the best air to run in and they shut it down early!! Really?! I don't know how to properly run a track, but I do know what they tend to do isnt in the best interest of keeping the track busy and open.
  6. Honestly, you have to be open to it. I've only done one and it was in the flipping rain. Actually made it a little more fun in the end. Basically, you have to trust the instructor and listen to exactly what they are saying. Having said that, I would never want someone who has only driven an econobox with zero course experience blasting through and trying to not crap their pants from just laying into it on a straight. By listen, I mean pay complete attention to what you are doing and respond quickly to commands or you won't enjoy it.
  7. Hahahahaha....Nothing covert here. Nice. Those fuckers shoot out like a fucking rocket. Amazing.
  8. I'd be the guy to go with a big cube lsx in it. The LT1 of that generation was solid for the time, but has been far surpassed by the lsx technology.
  9. No one cares about the 52/48 weight distribution? I like it and the fact that dodge is giving us some really cool shit. I'd drive it. http://www.motortrend.com/cars/dodge/durango/2018/2018-dodge-durango-srt-first-look-review/
  10. Like being in a hot engine bay instead of a much cooler trunk? Oh, and where the hell is the e85?
  11. Get a nice trunk mounted intercooler tank to ice the shit out of it for track visits. That will really help keep those charge temps down.
  12. An iron headed LT1 made almost 300 wheel? Nice. I have always liked these cars too.
  13. I can't wait to see one in the hands of a real racer
  14. Ummm.....let's go in on one together, sell, profit, hookers and blow to follow.
  15. She is on feebay now http://www.ebay.com/itm/302210636243?redirect=mobile
  16. Only dummies have a degree from THE Ohio State University I have zero ideas for work for you in your field though. I know a lot of the state agencies have summer interns and I worked year round at the lab where I interned. I'd say look into that now as they usually take resumes WAY before summer time. Just a suggestion. Paid internships too.
  17. Are there any aero numbers to go along with this "amazing transformation", not my words or thoughts. I think it looks blah and for 15k it's a joke.
  18. That's the only place I would take my stuff. Friend of mine uses them now and a ton of other friends have used them in the past. Never heard anything bad about them. My one friend made 900 wheel with stuff from them, so it's not like I'm talking about a 300 horse motor either.
  19. So, what are you going back to school for? Degree wise.
