Hehe maybe you got rezoned and the insurance is going up because your now in danger of flooding or high crime.

My family has always used Grange because they rock. My dad once swapped an engine in his truck and a car hit him while he was hauling the core back to the junk yard. He got paid for the core, the truck, and the replacement engine. Sure it wasn't Grange that had to pay, but one call to our agent got them to make the other insurance co. pay.

Yeap insurance and taxes are my guess as well. These will go up or down. I got a letter that mine went down a little the other day.

I suppose it could be the total lack of sun spots that has been helping to keep temps lower. We will see since in scientists are thinking that we just saw the beginning of the next solar cycle a couple weeks ago and in 2011 the sun should be very active with spots. The good news is the Northern Lights should be cool to view from my place:-)

The Military channel show on the F-22 said that it was also for multiple branches and there was also a VTOL model for the mariens in the works. IDK they could have been mistaken though.

It will look cheaper because the program likely uses some stuff from other programs mainly the F-22. They'll just roll it into the F-35 program on the books and it will look like a much better deal.

Not surprising, the F-22 program has been in development a very long time, lots of technologies have came out of it and likely a lot more tech than we get to know about. So someone found a cheaper way to do it and hopefully this will mean superior product unlike the phantom.

I've seen them as low as a few bucks on ebay. Not many end up over $100. It would mostly depend on which lens came with it as they are typically the expensive part.

Anyone know a really cheap place to get about 50 foot of garage door rails? I'm almost done with my observatories construction, but I don't wanna pay the really high price for that type of rail. At the moment my other option is to use angle iron and v-groove wheels, but that will require me fabbing up some metal plates and stuff which by using garage door stuff I can pretty much buy already made. Any ideas?

I used some 0 drop panels I found at home depot for my basement ceiling. I lost maybe 1/2 of height. Also if you can do the drywall you should just do the rest too. I'd consider the drywall the hardest part and the only part I'd ever contract out.

I've heard and known that it "can" burn you probably since I was 5yrs old. I've seen it on my dad's hands. Not often and not bad burns, but still I'm sure its annoying.

Is there software that came with the SATA card? Your gonna need to have something either; A) Flash the BIOS to make it look at the SATA card then HDD to boot (doubt this is gonna be out there) B) Have a small HDD or other device, CD, flash drive, etc loaded with instructions to look to the PCI card and SATA HDD to boot an OS. Its possible this type of software exists, but I have no clue. I'm just stating some info on how a computer BOOTS up. You'll likely end up just having the SATA drive as a storage drive and keeping your IDE drive with an OS on it to use it.
