The 02 dosent see the fuel, only the oxygen. If a cylinder isnt firing, all that unspent oxygen is going to be detected and the computer will dump extra fuel to compensate trying to use the extra oxygen.

Electric would be a considerable draw on you charging system. http://www.dcbreeze.com/specifications.htm 48 amp draw for that size unit. Im not having to much sourcing a 12 v a/c compressor pump, but regardless it would have a prety substantial amp draw.

Velcomen I am sure it has been done. Are you thinking of using it as a closed loop system, or just spraying the freon onto the intercooler? (hopefully #1) If you use it in closed loop, it will eat some horsepower, epecialy at higher rpms. Also, I wonder about ice build up on a heat exchanger. Probably not a problem when it is hot out, but a little cooler out or in the evening out when it is humid, could be a problem. Also, to be useable, it would almost always hafto be running the compressor, as it take a certian abount of time for the compressor to pump the freon to the point where ther is enough of a pressure differance that vapor phase changes can occour. BTW, I have tons of useless info, just ask.
