I was thinking a bearing in one of the engine accys, but i cant find any with play or wear on them. Anyone else had this problem? Thanks Oh, and i am curious on price as well for the flush and fill.

Your tank should be vented regardless. Perhaps one of the float valves has a pice of rust or other debris in it that is preventing it from closing all the way. Also, one of the floats could have coroded or colapsed, and isnt closing the inlet valve all the way. And is it is fuel injected, disregard this post. Im not up to speed on newer bikes.
