i thought about the street lights as well. they are actually cheaper by about 100 each. but didnt see any 18" options. that does look quite bad ass though. is that your car or someones u found a pic of.

because with their new plans at work one days vacations uses 1.5 days of time. and i have 3 days left. u have to work 1 yr to get 1 week, 2 yrs gets 2 weeks. and now 2 weeks is only good for 1.5 weeks. so yea i have a reallly crapy job. would love to find a new one. for shure. i tried last yr to make evan one of the renegade races and it fell threw every damn time. it dont look good so far. on the plus side they will have a week day schedule where id get thurs fri sat sun, fri sat sun off for my schedule but i doubt ill end up on it. if i do then ill get to race whenever whereever and life will be sweet.

i like the fast lanes theyre a lil cheaper line but still billet polished wheels. their main line wheels are about 200 to 400 more a peice. wana save a lil of my money for the long tubes, ofy and exh. plus pulley lid and bellows. then its done for the next few yrs till the loan is paid off. im searching for used lids and bellows, but so far on ls1 tech i cant post on the sales ads.

sweet im gona race the truck in x275 for 2011. gona swap axels and go back to leafs with cal tracks. awsome cant wait. oh wait then i woke up . guess ill stick with the same plan hope to god i make a race in 2011. been working 7s and 6 days a week since new yrs. and still dont know if ill be stuck on a weekend shift. if i am gona have to look for new employment.!!!! yea 2011 fucken rocks so far.

Yep thats where ive been looking. i like the idea of the fastlanes cause not every camaro has them. just want something diff. but cheap is good too.

What u guys think would look good on the camaro for spring summer fall wheels. i want a 18". i like the c6 z06 black w polished lip or billet specialties fastlanes.

good luck ray i think the 88mm killed the class. gona be hard to get the power needed to run 7.70s on a consistant basis. the 94 mm should have stayed in my opinion.

Hey ill call him about the nova today i only got a outside and inside pic. i know inside is gutted with one seat. im thinking he said it had a 383 and th350. but ill find out. me personally i like full interior cars that can go fast. i cant imagine ever stripping one. id rather have to make more power!

Id take 1000 for motor w heads. just had it honed decked to 9.000" alignhoned. new cam bearings freeze plugs. and heads have new seats guides springs locks. spent way more than this on them but i dont need the car or motor sitting arround. and could be a cheap project. the fun in the cars is building them. the motor is 12.5:1. so we could swap pistons if we can get some close enuf in weight then no rebalance would b needed. i was going to spray it with 150. But put my nos motor in cause i got better heads and wanted a roller wich it already had Plus if someone i know buys it then i will help with the build as much as possible. and ive got lots of connections on parts! wich is always a plus.

74 Is fuguggly. i have my 89 camaro w spohn tq arm and panhard bar. almost 600 for the armand bar alone. car is already apart waiting on cage. i have all the original interior. and every part wire and such was unbolted and unplugged. evan the heater ac wires are good. if u wanted to build something and have 10000 u could have a very fast car for that much money. id sell car all parts and tq arm trans mount w panhard bar for 1100. and if u want a 350 motor i got the one pulled out of the blazer w the ported double humps. its 12.5:1 though so new pistons could b used to drop it arround 10.5. its in great shape 4bolt std bore 3970010 block same as is in my s10 but its a 2 bolt w splayed caps!. it needs a lil floor work as all third gens do usually. but motor and trans drop right in and wouldent take much to make a good driver / racer

friend of mine has a 70 i think it is nova. has a 8.50 cert cage, gutted interior outside looks great. asking 3500

jegs line and russle fittings dont mix same as russle line and jegs fittings dont mix. first make shure ur using jegs fittings with jegs hoses and same for russel.

Im gona take all the boost out of the mbc. and run some fun runs. i think the slowest it will go is 10.20

If i do get to a race this yr i wana up the boost with the dart block. id like to go faster than a 8,50. maybe a 8.30 i did run a 8.97 at marion last yr and i let off big time. so 8.80 already w 15lbs. id like to see it 60ft in the low 1.2s. lots of work to do but ill figure it out

yea but this is a racing fourm and i know for a fact a elantra is boring. so for the lil bit worse mpg u could still have a fun car and not be out to much for fuel. if gas gets over 5.00 gal. maybe a car that gets 40mpg would be worth it but ur still paying a payment to get better gas mileage. that would only work if you bought used and cheap. then your doing maint to keep the car up. what this really boils down to. is either buy what they want u to drive, or pay the lil extra at the pump and have fun with the car you actually want to drive. i love driving my yukon and it gets 8mpg. but its supposed to be for towing my s10 and s10 blazer. and a winter vehicle. finally i got wheels for spring summer and fall. and i can keep the miles to just racing and winter!!!!!!!
