will u race me too 1/8th mile head start id like to see how much diff it is?

ive always wanted a top speed car. wonder what a bw 122mm turbo and a 421" sbc could do in a old rotten 3rd gen.

when i owned my dsm i thought they were more but they were still brand new and were a one on one basses. after breaking the tranny as much as i did im done with them.

u think i should just buy someones used 1 3/4 headers so they can upgrade to 1 7/8

since im not racing this car. would u do 1 3/4 for more low end tq and better mileage. im not porting heads or evan changing cam anytime soon. or would you still go 1 7/8 thats bigger than whats on the s10 when it was a nos motor.

cool i didnt know if the brake would hold or if it would try to bump the motor. thats proably the only engine bolt on other than headers. im planning. just want a fun driver that gets good gas mileage.

isint a shepard trans 8000 doallars. that would be over half a 9 sec camro build

what are u using to hold the motor still so u can get 250ft lbs on the ballancer bolt?

i would but i plan on driving it daily too. i thought about a vette cam. or something along those lines. maybe a yr or two. mostly wana prevent failures when driving long distances. dont wana be sitting on the side of the road because of a balancer.

after what we were taking i think 12s would not be fast enuf for what he is wanting to do. more like a streetable 9sec car. at least thats what i thought he was looking for. mostly he seems to regret the sell of the mustang.

i know what some of these builds cost on the site and its crazy to think about all the money wasted. and its not the key for a 350 but it is cheaper than building any honda or mitsu to make a honest 800 hp.

duno exact cost racer prices yet. but long tubes, ofy, full exh, lid, air filter, bellows, and pulley. proably some summer wheels and tires maybe next season though. its jsut going to be a driver never raced ill be racing the s10 and blazer with some spray. they take all my money i wana run low 8s in the s10 and low 10s in the blazer.

the biggest diff between me and most is i know the value of a dollar. i dont feel the need to buy very expensive vehicles to show my worth. my worth is the fact that all my friends come to me for advice on their builds wich i give for free cause i dont want them to make the same mistakes as me when upgrading a vehicle. my wife and kids love me wich is worth more to me than any car of any value. if i tell someone something about their car its in a effort to save them some of the hassel ive went through. u learn a lot when u build your own chassis, then ur own trans good for 1500 tq, ur own 9" rear ends, your own enignes and what u need them to do, also do all your own tunning and driving. u know 18 yrs and the same vehicle has taught me anything is new dosent mean fast, or reliable, or fun. just means a payment that could be better spend on something that is. not that im agianst payments, im paying on the tahoe and camaro. but they are both 2001s again dont need fancy need function. wich they do great. if i was a millionare id be the one with the fast cars and a big bank accound cause id still live in a 140,000 house with about a 10 car garage,( got to splurge somewhere) - shop. yea i would want to build people fast cars for not a lot of money if they have my same outlook on money. if not they can go pay a extra 100,000 and get their parts from a namebrand. my underwear say haynes not calvin klein and i intend on keeping it that way.,!!!!!!!! \ so in conclusion. if u value your money and want to go fast with the fewest amout of mistakes. maybe i can help. if you wana blow 10,000 on a custom block to hold 700 hp then go ahead i wont stop you.

i figured that would work. did it work ok without the larger alt pulley. they show a 60% wich seems way too much

i always use a balncer install tool. very simple to use. the real question is im gona do ati underdrive setup but how much to underdrive???? thats the real question here??

fuck no i wont trade for a veyron. cant do what the s10 does. and thats stay together for 3 yrs. maybe im doing it right.
