yea get out of there. it used to be a ok gym when it was golds. more members there to lift then walk on a treadmill. hwilli = trying to call a dude way bigger than you with way faster vehicles gay. um u may need to check yourself for your own gayness. and while your at it. hit the gym bitch. damn ur little. hwilli = not brolly like us brolly dudes. ive trained at 3 world gyms in columbus, 2 powershacks, 1 ymca, 1 golds gym when golds gym. 1 day at murphs lol 1 victory fitness. lol it was the first gym on my road to brollyness. started at 6'2" and 175., got up to 211 there and got stuck. could not gain at all. was prety cut up and 18" arms. then started about 1 yr later at powershack and changed whole routine and diet, up to 280 and 22" arms there. im a little less brolly now at 265 and 20" arms no pump, 21" with on a good day. my goal for arnold classic is 305, 34"waist again, and 24-25" arms, im close on my legs just a little more size there and im good.

that looks like the one my friend bought a while back it used to belong to billy evans. im thinking thats the right year and same paint top and stuff. may not be but looks close. used to have 19s or 20s on it.

ok guys with turbos. i need to start working on reaction times in the s10. so far it takes it a while to spool up. ive seen steve turley in his camaro. build boost on his foot and then roll in stage and leave. the s10 has a th400 with a hipsters brake. how do you guys stage for the pro tree and still have it spooled in time. was thinking about spraying it with 75shot. to help. what would you do. its for forum wars. help me win this thing. thanks in advance.

So, which is safer? A. A 130mph all wheel drive car, equipped with airbags, crash beams, seat belts, and wearing a helmet. Or B. A 150 mph bike wearing leathers and a helmet. I think A is WAY safer..... My camaro will have a 25.3 cage certified for 6.50s on a 275/60/15. its a street car. still gona drive the wheels off it. but with safety equipment. the rules get put into effect because someone has suffered from it. i know we all like the it cant happen to me idea. but we all know it can.

use 3 qts and call it done. on a fast drag application u run with it evan with the middle of the axels. any rear. becaue the fuid will move back and try to uncover the gears. on a street strip is less usually just below the axel.or -1/2 to 3/4 qt. depending on rear

mine is still fun and faster than most bikes. so i like it. if u get bored with a current ride then your not spraying enough or using enough boost.

me personaly id error toward safety Every time. If anyone cant meet safety requirements Dont run. just my opinion.

u will need a cage for unleased also a nhra cert and license if in the 9.5 9.0 or 8.5 classes. all classes require nhra membership id. u cant get a ticket otherwise. and u mean u cant fix a 9.90 index dont your car run 9.90s. add a cage and cert. then go as fast as u want. and yours needs a cage and def isint the fastest street car.

good job. hyper pistons are safe to 300 hp shot or more. but and big but you have to be one hell of a nos tunner. now they will hold 150. if you pull at least 8 deg timing and colder on the plugs. wich is what im doing to the blazer motor right now. 10s on just a 351 and hypers are they 13:1?
