when you see him in person it's pretty cool just how big he is. He's also clumbsy as hell and you have to keep in mind how young he is. At his size you think he'd be bopping around everywhere but it's like putting a size 12 mens shoe on a toddler. He's rocking those big feet and trips over everything. Our stairs really kick his ass.

Went Saturday and picked up "Chunk" down in Cinci.10 week old 45lb St Benard. His dad went 175 and his mom was 140. Gonna be a nice big one I believe. Check out those paw prints in the snow. Keep in mind this is at 10 weeks. http://i268.photobucket.com/albums/jj37/0rion_album/chunk.jpg http://i268.photobucket.com/albums/jj37/0rion_album/chunk1.jpg http://i268.photobucket.com/albums/jj37/0rion_album/chunkpaw.jpg Now, anyone know where I can find a cheap truck cap that will fit a short bed 2006 GM? I'll need some place for him to ride when we go camping.

I would never do that in public but it's cool that someone can rock it out and not give a shit about who's watching.

I'm betting they were button bucks

I hit a doe last week.......with a 125 grain broad head. I'll try to kill as many as I can just to keep them out of the roads. Seriously though, sorry to hear about your car. It's amazing the damage they can do to a car. Just be thankful it wasn't any worse really.

I don't know your situation really but I can tell you how I would handle it if it were my kids.....that's all I can offer really so take it with a grain of salt. The first thing I would address is the fighting because that's something I would hold my kid accountable for. Todays fights aren't like they were when I was a kid.....people get shot or stabbed these days over a fight. No fight equals no problem with the principle. The second thing is there would have to be some texts on the phone that I could read. If there are no texts on the phone I would have a major problem with that and wouldn't bother fighting about the suspension because you have no leg to stand on there. Lastly, I would focus everything on the fact she had to walk home. "I couldn't get in touch with anyone" is not an acceptable excuse. My response would be "then it looks like you had a passenger to take home." She was wrong in fighting but that doesn't give him the right to put her life in danger. He's the adult in that situation and if he can't see he was wrong then he might be in the wrong profession. At the end of the day with him I would just address the walk home because that's the issue that really matters. You might ask why the longer than usual suspension and ask to see the policy that sets suspension terms but I really doubt you're going to get very far with that. Good luck and keep us posted.

Know there's a few on the site. Glanced at the posts and didn't see anything about this. Sorry if it's a repost. http://tv.msn.com/tv/article.aspx?news=598555>1=28103 Looks like Deadliest Catch may be all but over.....at least for me. I'm sure they'll try to get some other captains to do it but with Phil gone and now these guys there's really no reason for me to watch it. Shame too..... I wanted to see how the Cornelia Marie done and if the boys were gonna run it.

those bags are what I'd like to get my hands on. I could make my own boards but can't sew the bags so that's why I've never made me a set.

I would look at that side first....check the simple stuff like an exhaust leak first. Highly unlikely that sensor is the culprit if it's new. Being side specific IMO that would make me not look immediately at the MAF or anything that would effect both banks. Check for exhaust leak, intake leak, or bad injector on that side. Do you have access to hptuners to log the car?

right now he's just got a chinese built 110cc quad. Can't complain about it really....we've had really good luck with it. I like the quad idea and that's what I'd like to do but he really wants the bike. Trails aren't really an issue.....he rides in the yard for now. I'm sure at some point he'll want to hit the trails but for the time being the yard is plenty big enough ( couple acres). I'm buying myself a quad too at the same time so I'm sure we'll be hitting the trails at some point since we only live 30 minutes from the trails at wayne. I think that 250 would be too tall for him and I'll most likely buy new.

thanks for the offer but it's gonna be this fall before I get him one and I'll most likely buy new.

This fall I'm going to buy a dirt bike for my son. He's been riding the 4 wheeler for a couple of years now and he's begging for a dirt bike. I'll take him around to some places and see what fits him but was wondering what a good starter bike is for a 7 year old? 80cc or so? Been a long time since I've even looked at dirt bikes. They still make the yz 80's? I'd really like to talk him into a larger quad because he could grow into that easier and I wouldn't have to buy bikes every couple of years. He's riding a 110 now and I was thinking a 250 would last him several years. That being said he's really wanting a bike so it'd be a tough sell on another quad. I'm the dad so I could always pull trump and say "quad or nothing" but that's kind of a shitty way to do it. I want him to get something that he's gonna be happy with. He's a very mature rider for his age and power wise I wouldn't hesitate at getting him the largest he can fit on. The problem is he's not really big enough to fit on much. Just curious to see what your opinions are.

I've always done it in the bedroom covered and yes the whining sucks but they get over it. When my pups are real young I'll put a radio next to the kennel. At a couple years old I wouldn't think the whining would be as bad.

You're just gonna have to put in the time to get him comfortable with it. Like was already said, he's had a bad experience I bet. Get in the floor with him in the evening or whenever you're at home and sit by the kennel playing with him. Toss a ball in there and get him used to going in and getting it. Like was also said, make it as comfortable and inviting as you can with it. Put his favorite toys in there and keep them in there unless he's playing with them and even then toss them around the room and make a point to toss them in the cage here and there. I would also put him in there at night to sleep and I'd put it in your bedroom so you're in the room with him. Eventually he's going to get over it. Just have to keep working with him. NEVER use the kennel as punishment either.

I agree....this is our number 1 problem. We don't make anything anymore. We're a country devoted to service industries. Back when I was in the 8th grade (1984) an economics teacher told us that eventually we'd all be sitting around a table selling insurance to each other. At the time it was funny......now it seems more like a reality.

not sure if you're aware of it but 911tabs.com has a ton of guitarpro stuff.

good advice.....you also have to realize that there's going to be arguments. Can't hold that in and can't hold it against your better half when it happens. Me and the wife don't really argue much but when we do there's never any hard feelings afterwards. You just say what you gotta say and get it off your chest and then you move on.

I get together with some friends several times a year and we play this and washers non-stop for days on end. Great games to play while BBQing and drinking beer.

he has a point though.....maybe not the best delivery but the point is there. If there's no water flowing you're not using water right? Maybe you just didn't think it through before asking.

mccord powerplate $129 plus shipping. That's for just the motor and wiring....you'd have to get the actual cutout through someone else like Jeg's for $30.

there's an IHOP out here....not impressed. Bob Evans has some good food but they're getting pretty expensive just to eat breakfast and the last 2-3 times we've been there the service was mediocre at best. Denny's is definitely not high class dining but they're priced pretty decent for what you get.

I thought I was the only denny's fan left.....we ate at one up North about a month ago. Been a while since I've been there....the double cheeseburger is frigin huge. Way bigger than I expected it to be. I was thinking mickey d's double cheeseburger but it dwarfs that one.

They still do this every Thursday right? Gates open at 5 and $15 to race? Anyone go there weekly and can tell me how busy they usually are? I'd like to get a run in after it got dark and the temps cooled down.
